Direct Oceanfront Condo with the Best Amenities
The Space: Direct oceanfront condo located in the amenity filled Carousel building. This condo offers two bedrooms, two full-bathrooms, den and an open living area. The living area features the living room with a sleep-sofa, dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. The floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living area and master bedroom maximize the direct ocean views. There is a large, private balcony located off of the living area and master bedroom that is a great place to relax, unwind and enjoy the beautiful setting after a long day on the beach. The oceanfront master bedroom features a king-sized bed with a trundle pull-out, television, balcony access and an ensuite full-bathroom. The second bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a television. The condo also offers a den area that features two single beds, television and additional living space. The second full-bathroom is centrally located and easily accessible from throughout the condo. The Carousel building offers the best amenity package in Ocean City with indoor and outdoor pools, hot tub, fitness center, sauna, multiple game rooms, bar and lounge, restaurant and bistro, ice skating rink, gift shop, playground, onsite parking, direct beach access and more. Restaurants, shopping and more are all within walking distance. Come make some memories at the beach with Coastal Life Vacations. Linen and towel package included with reservation. Management fee includes Damage Waiver for $1000 in accidental damage coverage. This condo is located on the 12th floor. Guests will be responsible for a $50 registration fee to the Carousel building upon their arrival. Ice skating is an additional charge.
Cancellation Policy All cancellations shall be in writing. Management fees are non-refundable. Reservations canceled more than sixty (60) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 100% refund less aforementioned fees. Reservations canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the check-in date will receive a 50% refund less aforementioned fees. No refunds will be provided for reservations canceled thirty (30) days or less prior to the check-in date. No refunds will be provided if Guest does not take occupancy of the Property. A transfer to another Property at Guest’s request will be treated as a cancellation. Reinstatement of a canceled Reservation is subject to additional management fees. The Reservation will be in effect upon receipt of initial required deposit payment and the applicable cancellation policy will apply at that time.
General Policies Minimum guest age is twenty-five years old.
The guest that signed the Lodging Agreement shall be the guest that checks-in. This guest must be at least twenty-five years old and occupying the property throughout the duration of the rental period. All occupants of the property during the rental period shall be supervised by this guest. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Maximum occupancy is noted on the listing and related materials. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Guest shall not host, or permit to be hosted, any parties at the property at anytime. Violation of this policy will result in denial of access, cancellation of the reservation and/or immediate removal from the property without refund.
Pets are prohibited at the property. Violation of this policy shall be grounds for immediate removal from the property without refund. Guest will be responsible for all associated cleaning costs.
No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. If smoking or vaping does occur on the premises, Guest will be evicted and is financially responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns and the cost of odor remediation and removal and replacement of damaged property.
Your booking includes $1000 in accidental damage coverage, however any property damage needs to be reported immediately to Coastal Life Vacations to avoid additional charges and/or legal claims.
Rental booking includes a complete linen and towel package. Guest will be responsible for supplying their own paper products, toiletries, trash bags, beach towels and beach equipment.

Other Things to Note: Property is equipped with an electronic lock. Guests will be provided their access code 10 days prior to their arrival (immediately if booking inside of 10 days). Guests can go directly to the property to check-in at their convenience anytime after 3:00pm on their arrival date.

Family Trip
The location of this property was great and we loved the extended balcony. But, the air conditioning is inadequate for the full condo. The bonus room stayed hot and the front rooms were on the warm side even with the air conditioning running. I know we could have contacted the property manager but it wasn’t intolerable, just not desired. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom needs repaired as it only has one speed, slow. Also, the bathroom shower doors are old and need to be replaced as they were hard to open and close. Also, the key cards are so sensitive that we could not get into the condo several times without having a family member bring us their card and on our last night, I had to go to security because the cards weren’t working. I went to the Security office and no one was there, so I went to the front desk and the front desk called security, the security guards met me at the security office, new keys were made, and I returned to my family who were waiting in the hallway for 25 minutes. Please note that the security personnel and the front desk clerks were very friendly and accommodating. With this being said, the size of the condo was perfect for our family, it was clean upon arrival, the towel and linen service provided us with what we needed, and the kitchen was supplied with everything we could want. With a few needed renovations, this condo could get an excellent rating but until upgrades are made, we would not stay here again.
