Welcome to the are cottage, this gem offers two bedrooms first with queen bed with beautiful view of the pond. Second has bunks, double on bottom and single on top. The large living area has a queen pullout sofa bed and plenty of comfortable seating. Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you should need. Enclosed porch facing the pond can be used as a sitting area or an extra sleeping space with daybed and trundle this is the perfect place to have your morning coffee, play games or watch the beautiful sunsets. Pergola on the water side and a covered porch on the back with picnic table and grill. To the side of that is a little patio to sit and read a book or just relax. This cottage has two window air conditioners and 5 ceiling fans for those warm days. There are 2 kayaks and a 3 person canoe for those who love being on the water. We have one camera on this property that is outside and faces the kayaks, shed near kayaks for safety. 60 ft dock for fishing and fire pit near water to make those memories that last a life time. Access to Lake Ontario and boaters beach is across the pond. All we can say is its our " Little Piece of Heaven"
