Four Bedroom, One and a Half Bathroom Beach Block HOME! Located just steps away from Wildwood's free beaches and lively boardwalk. Just park your car, drop your bags, and take a very short walk to everything Wildwood has to offer... Free beaches, Morey's Pier, Bars, Restaurants, and much more. Just updated with central air to cool you down from your long day at the beach. This perfect shore retreat has everything one could want: large front porch/deck for lounging, literally steps away from the beach (can hear the waves crashing from the house), enclosed outside shower, four big bedrooms, a large family room that can accommodate the whole family and more, 2 bedrooms and FULL bath on first floor for those who may have trouble with steps, and much more. Because this is a true single family home, you don't have to worry about any condo regulations or "sharing" facilities with others.
Please note: We do not rent to groups under the age of 25. Please note linens, towels and blankets are not provided.
We are cleaning above and beyond the Covid standard.

Great Location

You can’t beat the location, just a block off of the boardwalk but still on a quiet street. Great for families with kids to just be able to walk to the beach and boardwalk.

Wonderful Vacation

The home is inviting and comfortable the location is amazing. We had a wonderful time with our family and service dogs. Michael is great to work with and was able to accommodate a last minute modification to our stay.

Our stay at this property was great. Michael allowed us to check in earlier than expected and was very easy to get into contact with if we had any questions and responded very quickly. We had a great time and would rent from Michael again

Great house by the boardwalk.

My family and dog enjoyed our stay at this property. Close to the boardwalk and right by the dog park and beach. Comfortably accommodated all of us. Added bonus was the bicycle rental right across the street.

A great place to stay close to the boardwalk

The house is roomy and only a short block from the center of the boardwalk. Friday night fireworks can be seen clearly from the front porch and even through one of the windows in the living room. The beds are comfortable.

Our vacation could not have been better!

The house was just perfect four six adults and four children six years and younger. It had everything we needed. Beds and chairs were comfortable. We could all eat at the table. We loved the front porch and proximity to the beach. We thank youfor giving us a memorable family time together!

Great location

Great location, plenty of room for the 11 of us. Manager was great. Only complaint was the parking, which is not the property owner’s fault. Parking permits were provided but public parks in the spots. Had to pay for parking until spot open up.

Family & Friends Reunion 2023

The property was as described. Location was as expected in the heart of Wildwood! The whole Island lost electricity due to a fire but was restored about 9 hours after my arrival. The owner allowed our families service, guard & emotional support animals as we had family drive in from South Carolina and Pennsylvania to meet up in New Jersey. The downstairs bedrooms are subject to outside noises however we played classical music as a relaxing distraction. Overall good experience. The property was clean, owner communication was good.

Great fun for everyone!!

Great location for easy access to boardwalk and dog park and beach. Porch is great area for sitting along with convenient outdoor shower. Major issue was the heat and poor air conditioning for the second floor bedrooms especially once the temperature hit 90 degrees. Although the downstairs was comfortable at 70 degrees, the temperature upstairs was rather unpleasant once it got real hot outside. Also, the toaster and coffee maker were awkward to use given the limited space on the kitchen counters. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and all our guests enjoyed themselves.

Wonderful location and a nice house.

The boardwalk is much closer than the map makes it seem. One unexpected advantage was that the Friday night fireworks can be seen from the front porch and even through windows from inside of the house. There is plenty of room in the house for many to sleep and a good sized dining room and living room. The house is pet friendly and not far from the relocated dog park on the beach. The owners are very responsive. We met a couple of the neighbors who were also nice. The house is on a one way street, but is on the corner so it is easy to get there. Because of the proximaty to the boardwalk and parking lots there was some noise until 1am or so, but unless you are a light sleeper it should not be a problem. It was not unreasonable noise.

We had a great time staying at Michael’s house… location is amazing, the house is clean, comfortable and inviting….. Michael was very accommodating for our two service dogs…We plan on staying here again.

Perfect location, but dog hair everywhere

The location was fantastic!The house was nice and the deck were great. The booklet with instructions was helpful. The kitchen did not have a dishwasher, there was dog hair up and down the stairs and the sofa, the tv is also quite small. We had an enjoyable stay but it needed a better vacuuming and dusting

Exactly as Described

We had another fabulous week at Wildwood while staying in Michael's place. The pictures and description are very accurate and Michael was a very easy and pleasant owner to communicate with. Accessing the home was a breeze and the updated furniture/mattresses were fabulous. We'd read through all of the previous reviews so we were aware in advance that the house was located in a rather loud location. This house is extremely close to the boardwalk and is basically in the center of it all but the tradeoff is the noise level. This did, however, make for some excellent people watching from the front porch. Unfortunately the cleaning service does not clean thoroughly which we were prepared for after reading previous reviews but after giving her a quick scrub, we proceeded to have a fantastic week. Overall, for a pet and family friendly single family home so close to the beach and boardwalk in Wildwood, this house is amazing!

Very old house & furnishings

Great location unfortunately the house was very dated there were crumbs on the table upon our arrival, The house had a dog and musty smell to it as well as the ceiling in the lower bathroom appeared to be moldy and had a huge area where there was some sort of leak. The paint was peeling back and the ceiling was basically exposed because it had been open for so long. All of the bedding is also very outdated and very uncomfortable unfortunately we will not be going back to this property

Charming house close to the everything

This house has an excellent location to everything in north Wildwood. As stated in other reviews, off street parking is a challenge on busier nights. However, there was no need to move our car. We highly recommend renting a golf cart and driving around Wildwood. The golf cart fits easily in the "driveway" next to the house (with an extension cord). House was spacious and the common areas are larger than the listing pictures. Plenty of room to eat with the family in the dining room, and the kitchen is has all of the necessary convenience factors. Rooms were spacious and easily fit our large family and dog. Central air kept the temperature comfortable and use of the bathroom and showers were managed accordingly. Opportunities: All beds should be replaced for a better night's sleep. None of the beds provided any support. Floor and rugs felt dusty, even after cleaning several times. Bring indoor slippers for the house. Bring a bug zapper, flies that bite (not the home's fault) were around the entire stay. Wifi password is all lower case (tip if the password remains unchanged) We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the timely communication
