Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

The elegant Mallory Suite is located on the 1st floor and offers a dreamy king bed and beautiful furnishings. Surrender to a blissful sleep in your luxurious bed, wash off the day in your PRIVATE shower/ tub combination bathroom, and sip on your morning coffee in private with your dedicated patio entrance.

Find your serenity and let your mind melt, listening to the soft rush of our pool waterfall. Enjoy cozy conversation and frosty beverages under the shaded pool tables, surrounded by lush foliage and sultry island breezes. Stroll through our garden that envelops you in lush mature landscaping and soothes your soul with tropical breezes. Bikes are available to rent for your outdoor adventures.

We definitely enjoyed our stay very much. But when we contacted the property manager because we lost the code for the lockbox who was very condescending didn’t appreciate his attitude at all. Probably won’t stay again because of that.

Nice Location for a Key West getaway.

Our room was adjacent the community space and wasn't the best location for peace and quiet. Some tiles on the floor were coming loose. Pool was nice and well kept. The pool and pool area looked nice, although i didnt use them. The indoor public space was nice, although in the full.kitchen, there was no stovw/oven. They provided filtered water, which was great. The room was nice, great water pressure. Advised not to have the room cooler than 72 degrees, which is hot. Also, parking was almost non-existent. I had to.park 2 blocks away daily because most spots are marked for residents.

Property was extremely comfortable and well maintained. You did not see many of the other guests. Having the Mallory Suite was almost like having a private pool since it has direct access to the pool area.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay at the Inn on Fleming. Conveniently located in Old Town and close to everything that we were interested in doing. My only suggestion would be that it would be nice to have a continental breakfast available (even if it’s just bagels, fruit and yogurt) so that we didn’t have to get up and go find breakfast each day. There is coffee and tea available which was nice. Property was clean and we saw the owners a couple of times and had a nice chat with them. Pool was great and well shaded if you want to get out of the Key West heat.

Proximity to Duval Street and any other area of town was close enough to get there easily and far enough away to be out of the continuous activity. The rooms are nicely appointed and comfortable; including the beds. There is a common room that we used which is also comfortable and contains a nice kitchen. The front porch is fabulous for a rest and enjoying the neighborhood. The back yard and pool are beautiful. They also have bicycles for rent which we used for two days which was a blast. The place is immaculately clean. Our entire party said they would stay again.

Overall excellent

Location is about 15-20 minutes from Mallory Square but only 5 minutes walk from the boardwalk. Quiet street and very safe. The room was hotel size but well equipped and had a semi private patio area by the pool, which is plunge pool in size. The common area was right outside our room but did not cause us any inconvenience. It was kept well stocked with oranges and tea/coffee options. My only quibble would be the the door to the patio did not seem very strong but we never felt that security was a problem. We would stay here again.

Stayed for one night in the Mallory suite. Pluses were a nice hot shower, fresh ice water carafe available for each room, which were amazing!!!!! the pool was decent. It could’ve been warmer in the evening.Draw backs for us were the extremely flat pillows and very hard mattress. Not conducive to a great night sleep.Room and entire facility was extremely clean and well kept. They do not provide a continental breakfast, but there was oranges and fresh coffee available.We did request an early check-in, but they were unable to accommodate us. And they were knocking at our door at 11 AM to clean our room upon departure. Not a big deal just don’t expect to come early or leave late.Overall, a pleasant experience, but we will look for a different location next time due to the bed situation. Staff was very good at communicating check-in procedures and answering all of our questions and concerns via text message immediately. No staff on site but they are only a text away.

The suite was adjacent to the kitchen/common area, where breakfast and happy hour was provided. The common areas were very welcoming, both indoor and out and the Mallory Suite had a side entrance with semi-private sesting just out the door. The front porch had quite a number of comfortable seats for socializing and people watching. We also really appreciated the on-site bike rentals for touring the area. The location was great - close to the marina, Duval St activities and numerous restaurants, bakeries, and bars - all within walking distance.

We were within walking distance to everything but far enough away from the "noise" to relax. Our room looked exactly like the picture and everything was wonderful. The shared space was amazing, the fresh water station and the ice machine in the room was such a bonus - Not to mention the water pitchers, extra coffee and tea pods etc. We loved having the french doors out to the patio and two chairs to sit and enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks. And to my surprise, the pool was literally right there. The pool is the perfect size for this house and all the guests. We actually had it to ourselves both nights we went in. Everything about our stay was perfect! I kept thinking, if this house is so beautiful now, what was it like when it was a whole house. Stunning! We will definitely try to plan our next stay around the availability of this suite. Hopefully our next trip will be sooner than later.
