Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The Truman room is located on the 2nd floor and offers a cozy space with a queen bed and a PRIVATE shower bathroom. Perfect for a weekend getaway for two, this peaceful refuge connects to the Whitehead Room, providing additional space for friends or family traveling together for that special Key West vacation.

OUTDOOR LIVING...
Find your serenity and let your mind melt, listening to the soft rush of our pool waterfall. Enjoy cozy conversation and frosty beverages under the shaded pool tables, surrounded by lush foliage and sultry island breezes. Stroll through our garden that envelops you in lush mature landscaping and soothes your soul with tropical breezes. Bikes are available to rent for your outdoor adventures.

Check in was a breeze. Easy to relax and read a book or visit with others guests in the central area or pool. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching KW awaken while sipping coffee. Great restaurant called Azur basically around the corner. Convenient to Bight terminal if you’re arriving by KW Express.

This guesthouse was in a quiet area of town, but still close to all the hotspots I wanted to see. Street parking was abundant and I will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean, neat and well appointed. It was exactly as described. I was a little concerned about the remote self check in and check out but it was convenient and worked flawlessly. The location of the unit allowed us to walk to all of the things we wanted to do in Key West without using our car. Street parking was available with a little searching. We will definitely stay again during future visits to the Keys.

I will say that the stay was excellent however, there are a few points of comfort that I’d like to bring up. For the cost, I would think that maybe you could invest in some better pillows that are more comfortable and not so bumpy and hard. Secondly, the canopy bed poles and peed the view of the television, and that might seem petty and minor, but looking at the TV screen with a pole in the way is just not very well it’s just annoying honestly. When we travel sometimes we’d like to watch television in bed and that was just not something that we enjoyed about the room.

I loved The Inn on Fleming

The location of the property was ideal. Close to everything but far enough not to be too noisy. Everything is at a walking distance. My bedroom, the Truman was, very comfortable: the queen bed with four pillows. It is nice to have your own fridge and ice maker in your room. The air conditioner was great. It is very convenient to have a kitchen available, and the water machine to fill your bottle before you leave the house for the day. The concierge was great and made easy to rent a bike or for anything you needed. I will definitely come back to Key West and stay in The Inn on Fleming.

When the day came, I received a text message with code and instructions for room. It had a very key West feel to it all wooden in the hotel and stairway. Once in room I was pleasantly surprised. Great view of the street, great AC and comfortable bed. I was able to find parking right in front of 5h4 Fleming house. I would definitely stay again though maybe next time first floor. 5 stars for sure

Room we were in was not very spacious especially the bathroom but it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning was grab and go, yogurt and bread/bagels left out to toast yourself. The backyard plunge pool is not heated and was too cold to use.
