Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS...
The Geiger Suite is located on the 3rd floor and offers a king and a full bed for up to 4 guests in this 2 bedroom suite with both pool and tropical garden views from the shared deck with lounge furniture. The king bed is located in the spacious main room, while the full bed occupies the second room that provides access to the PRIVATE full bathroom with a shower. The sloping ceiling over the bed makes for a cozy nook in your nighttime retreat.

Find your serenity and let your mind melt, listening to the soft rush of our pool waterfall. Enjoy cozy conversation and frosty beverages under the shaded pool tables, surrounded by lush foliage and sultry island breezes. Stroll through our garden that envelops you in lush mature landscaping and soothes your soul with tropical breezes. Bikes are available to rent for your outdoor adventures.

Well appointed rooms, nice shared space with outdoor patio and pool. Great location we Walked or biked everywhere, close to shopping, galleries, restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again. Host was excellent, with a great sense of humor:) Highly recommend!

Perfect Stay!

I was initially worried because I normally would only book with a property that had quite a bit of reviews. I'm glad I trusted my instincts to go with the Inn on Fleming! The room looked exactly as pictured. The whole lodge had a cute charm to it. Perfect place to stay when visiting the keys.

Cool and Comfortable

My brother and I decided to take a weekend trip to Key West and the Fleming Inn was perfect for our stay. Beds are comfortable. Rooms were nice and cool. Plenty of amenities for eating in. I loved our little balcony for drinking coffee in the morning. Plus we were just a short walk to all the fun stuff. I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time at this property. The owner is super attentive to detail and immediately responds to any questions or requests. You can really tell that they CARE about their property and guests. Property is well cared for and charming. Highly recommend!

We loved our 2 bedroom suite at The Inn on Fleming. The super comfy king size bed welcomed us each night after walking about Key West. The in-room coffee service was perfect since we need a little boost before starting each day. Since our suite was on the 3rd

Great Inn Keepers, very clean and great location. Also close to convent and free bus route. AC in bathroom did not cool and head room in one bedroom significantly limited access. The only access was exterior staircases. Only 2 chairs and had some season termites in the rooms 1 of out 4 nights.

Location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurants, Duval Street, the marina and so much more. We loved the historical charm this place had, it really felt like we were "staying with the locals" especially sitting on the front porch watching passerby's and enjoying a drink or coffee in the morning. Our hosts Liz & Dan were the best! Upon arrival, we were greeted and shown around the common areas which include a full kitchen, back porch with lots of seating and where we met so many of the other guests staying there. Everyday they hosted a happy hour and by the time we were up and about in the mornings, there was always some light continental breakfast bites and coffee. The beds were very comfortable and they thought of everything in the room including Keurig coffee makers, ice machine, refrigerator, charge stations, beach towels and great decor. We tried so many restaurants on and off Duval Street and enjoyed live music at multiple places each night. We meant to try the bikes out but ended up walking everywhere we went. This was truly a perfect place and we would definitely come back!
