Built in 1894, the delightful Inn on Fleming is an 11 room boutique hotel that was once the residence of Board of Education chair Glynn Archer until it was transformed into what is now a serendipitous tropical refuge, boasting 9 unique rooms and suites and tucked into a peaceful residential street. You are only two blocks from the Historic Seaport and a short stroll to 5 star restaurants, bars, shopping and the endless allure of famous Duval Street. Whether you're looking to hook your catch of the day, visit upscale art galleries, or swim with the dolphins, let us be your home away from home in paradise.
***All guests must be 18 years of age or older as this is an adult only property AND the primary renter must be 25 years of age or older.
***There is no complimentary breakfast however we provide light snacks for your enjoyment in the common areas.

DETAILS AND AMENITIES...
The magic begins as you step onto our cozy wraparound porch with comfortable and plentiful seating, where you are immersed in the unique sights and sounds of our charming neighborhood. The spacious kitchen, dining and cozy living areas are located on the main level of the inn. Retreat to our tropical garden to savor a cup of coffee in the morning. Sip on a crafted cocktail in the afternoon and take a dip in our lush tropical heated pool featuring a soothing and relaxing waterfall. Indulge yourself with a favorite novel or explore the internet with free Wi-Fi. All of our rooms include an ensuite bathroom, Serta PerfectSleeper Prestige Suite 11 Mattresses, fine linens, flat screen TV, coffeemaker and a mini-fridge, countertop ice machine, as well as tropical garden views. Our concierge services can advise you about all the things to do, including reservations to snorkel, kayak in the mangrove channels, or relax on an evening sunset sail.

Find your serenity and let your mind melt, listening to the soft rush of our pool waterfall. The room was fantastic. The whole property was wonderful. Very cool old building with lovely decor. Our host was excellent and easy to worl with. There was a issue with our samsung phone that he worked with us on and made it easy to get in to pur room. Great place will definitely stay again next time we are in Key West.

What a beautiful piece of property. My wife and I stayed here for Valentine’s Day weekend and the Hemingway suite. It was so cute and perfect. The Inn is within walking distance to everything but we rented these great little scooters and got all over the place very easily. The room was very, very clean as was the rest of the end and the people that were staying there were also super cool. We will definitely be back. There wasn’t one single thing we needed that wasn’t provided coffee makers and ice makers in the room and even a tiny cute little refrigerator. Check in check out was super easy. Kelly and Lori

Great location, great stay

It’s in a great location, close enough to some great spots but also far enough so you’re not getting all the noise of Duvall. The room was great, the amenities were good and the pool/outdoor patio was a great spot to tan and cool off for a couple of hours. Would definitely stay again

The property was excellent!! A short walk to all the places in Key West. Duval Street, Mallory Square, Hemingway House, etc. The house was set up so you had a great area to get things and take to your room. Would definitely stay again!

A Perfect Stay – We’ll Definitely Be Back! We absolutely loved our stay at The Inn on Fleming! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and relaxed. The inn is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, yet still within easy walking distance to all the fun and flavor of Old Town Key West. It’s the perfect combination of peaceful retreat and convenient location.Our room was spotless, charming, and thoughtfully appointed with everything we needed. This is a very quaint and comfortable place to stay. Has a nearby supermarket and back street restaurants. But also not too far from Duval, and if you like to walk, you can take a longer walk to Sunset Point. Easy self check-in, and also you always have the support of staff just a phone-call away (used it several times). it has nice common areas you can use to warm up and enjoy a meal (didn't use them, but saw they were nice) I don't do reviews, but found this to be a little gem that I would enjoy returning to. The only catch is parking, we had motorcycles and were able to find a spot, but the street parking requires residential permits. Solution: rent bicycles and park in the space up front reserved for just that.

We stayed here to celebrate my wife’s 50th birthday, and everything about it was perfect. From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed and welcomed. The property management team was responsive to any questions that we had. We would recommend this property for many reasons it is charming and the access to both restaurants and for us our seaplane excursion to the Dry Tortuga was so efficient. Walking the neighborhood made you feel a part of city not as if you flew went to a hotel but it felt warm and inviting. We had a truly excellent experience and would not only recommend the property but stay there again and longer then our two night stay. I things this property would be a great destination for a family or for a special event.

The air conditioning was good (April), bed comfy, room clean, large, pretty, and bed comfy. Plenty of K-cups and creamers. More were available in the kitchen as well as ice, clean mugs and glasswear. Refrigerator and whitenoise machine in room.
