Cozy Private Garden Retreat -Queen Bedroom + Kitchenette/Sleeping Area with double bed.
Welcome to your comfortable private garden retreat! This inviting suite offers a separate queen bedroom, a kitchenette/dining room with an additional double bed, and one bathroom.

Queen Bedroom:
This private bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed, large dresser, 2 side tables with lamps, trunk for storage, desk, chair and lamp--providing a cozy space to relax, work, or unwind.

Kitchenette & Additional Sleeping Area:
The second room combines a convenient kitchenette and dining area with a double bed. The kitchenette includes a full- size refrigerator, microwave, toaster oven combo, rice cooker, Keurig coffee maker, and a dining table. This flexible space is perfect for preparing simple meals, enjoying coffee, or accommodating additional guests. Roku TV's are in both rooms.

Please note: The Kitchenette does not have a traditional stovetop or oven, but is equipped for simple meal preparation.

Private Garden Sitting Area:
Step outside your private entrance and enjoy the peaceful sitting area. A gazebo with a small patio table and chairs provide a pleasant spot to sit, enjoy your morning coffee, read a book, or simply relax surrounded by the garden.

The suite has a private entrance, one private bathroom, Wi-Fi, and a free designated parking area.

We are a part of a lovely Community with a pool and other shared amenities. See pictures of pool area. Please note pool is not where Suite is located but is a part of the Sun ‘N Lakes Community which is about a 3-minute drive away and there is an entry fee that is charged by the Community.

What Guests Love About the Area:

Guests love the peaceful, relaxed atmosphere of Sun 'N Lake while still being close to everything Sebring has to offer. Enjoy nearby golf, beautiful lakes, nature trails, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor recreation. The area is especially popular with golfers, nature lovers, fishing enthusiasts, and racing fans visiting Sebring International Raceway.

Must stay at Sebring Garden retreat was very relaxing. Our host Carol was incredibly accommodating and the private entry made it easy to come and go without disturbing anyone. The rooms were spotless and the air-conditioning temperature was perfect throughout our stay I give Sebring garden retreat five stars and highly recommended to anyone visiting the area.

This property was squeaky clean and so adorably decorated. The beds and pillows were so comfy! We slept great! The host Carol was so helpful and kind! The pool area was beautiful and relaxing! The neighborhood was quiet and close to great restaurants and activities. This place is a gem!

The Sebring Garden Retreat was a very nice place! It is located in a very quiet area, but was also close to a Walmart and quite a few restaurants. It was very clean, had a comfortable bed, and had a bathroom that had nice lighting and an amazing shower. We will definitely stay here again when we make our annual trip to see family in Sebring.

Lovely house in a great location between Avon Park and Sebring. Very quiet neighborhood off the main road. House was super clean. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated the night stand lamps with built in USB chargers. Great communication from owner. Would definitely recommend.

The place is well cleaned, equipped, organized and comfortable. Quiet and pleasant to stay in. Communication from the host was excellent. Easy check-in and check-out process. Well priced for the place. My only downside is the in-unit temperature; with Florida weather being too hot, the ceiling fans are not enough (for me) and A/C thermostat is not available, unfortunately. Something to be considered for future travelers. Floor fans or portable air conditioners might do it. Overall, good experience.

The pool is an extra charge, no place to just and relax no local TV you have to log into your apps that was okay but local news would have been welcome and is a basic at hotels which do offer seating other than the bed. Kitchenette is located in the front but no coffee pot or cook top microwave and toaster oven. I could have gotten a room at one of the local hotels and had access to the pool and relaxing accommodations with a much better bed. Beds are beautifully made with clean lines but they are cheap and uncomfortable mattresses. Would not recommend to my friends or family.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry to hear that our accommodations did not meet your expectations. I’d like to clarify a few points for future guests. The listing accurately describes the suite and its amenities. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster oven, a full-size refrigerator, and a Keurig coffee maker. The suite also includes 2 Roku TVs, allowing guests to access their own streaming services, and there are comfortable armchairs in the kitchenette for additional seating. The community pool is not included with the rental, and this is clearly disclosed in the listing before booking. Guests who wish to use the pool may do so by paying the community’s daily admission fee. During your stay, you did not contact us to let us know that you were dissatisfied or to give us an opportunity to address any concerns. We only learned after your departure that you were unhappy with the accommodations. Had we been made aware during your stay, we would have gladly done our best to assist. We take pride in providing a clean, accurately represented suite, and many guests have commented positively on its cleanliness, comfort, and value. While we understand that mattress comfort and personal preferences vary from guest to guest, we appreciate all feedback and continually look for ways to improve the guest experience. We wish you safe travels and thank you for staying with us.

Garden Retreat

This space is beautiful with a private, tranquil patio. It is immaculately clean and new and graciously stocked with complimentary snacks. The location is convenient, yet close to walking trails and in a lovely neighborhood. The host was available, helpful, and super nice.

It should be stated in "details" that there is no thermostat in the unit so heat (or air in summer) is totally dictated by host.

Dear Sherry, Thank you for your feedback. Your stay coincided with an extremely rare and historic cold weather event in Florida, with temperatures well below normal for several consecutive nights. unfortunately, those conditions affected the operation of the heat pump system, which is not something we had previously experienced. We communicated openly during your stay and made immediate efforts to find supplemental heating, though local stores were sold out due to the widespread impact of the freeze. The home is equipped with a Nest thermostat and standard climate controls; however the issue was weather-related rather than guest access or host control. We appreciate the feedback and continually review guest input to improve, especially when rare and unexpected events occur.

In my opinion it is a stretch to call this is a 2 bedroom. It's actually a 1 bedroom with a second bed in the kitchenette area. It was smaller than expected since it was advertised as 2 bedroom. The refrigerator is even in the closet. The photo shows the host house and not the apartment which is on the end. The host controls the temperature as there is no thermostat in the apartment. My companion and I arrived late and it was cold. There was only one extra comforter in the closet so we were both cold the first night. The host did provide 2 more blankets the next day and I think turned up the thermostat. There was no charming garden view looking out the window by the table and most of the plants along the walkway were brown. It was clean and in a good location. Communication with the host was good.

Your visit on February 22 followed an extremely unusual triple freeze in our area, and many plants throughout the region were unfortunately damaged by the cold, which affected the garden appearance at that time. As soon as we learned the temperature felt cool, additional blankets were provided the next day to ensure your comfort. The suite is described and photographed in the listing, and we always encourage guests to review the layout prior to booking so it meets their expectations. We appreciate your comments and are glad you found the space clean and communication good. We continue working to provide a comfortable stay for all of our guests.

Stay in Sebring

Not exactly 2 bedroom. 2nd bed in kitchen, dining area...not as a bedroom. Not suitable for a quest couple, maybe 2 children. Wash and dryer, had to arrange with owner to use in their garage. No oven or stove just toaster oven and microwave. No couch for sitting. Not welcoming for adult holidays of 4Could have been better advertised as a 1 bedroom studio for 2. Host was very welcoming and answered our questions.

We enjoyed having Patricia and Al at our Garden Suite but I just wanted to say that our description of the property was more than correct. We stated that the 2nd bedroom was an efficiency that contained double bed, kitchenette, dining table, refrigerator . We did not offer washer and dryer, but allowed her to use ours as a courtesy. We did not offer an oven or stove but did offer toaster oven and microwave. Also did not offer a couch but will consider that for the future.
