•Gathering Space
Main House
The side staircase leads you into the heart of the cabin: a beautifully designed kitchen that exudes rustic elegance. The kitchen features a spacious table with cozy banquette seating for 8 and an island that comfortably seats 3 additional guests. A gas range and upscale appliances ensure a chef-friendly environment for preparing meals to be enjoyed together.

Adjacent to the kitchen, the charming living area is defined by a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace and invites guests to relax or step out onto the attached balcony, where panoramic views of the surrounding landscape await. This floor also houses one of the two luxurious king suites, complete with a private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and plush linens. A convenient half bath is also located on this floor.

Downstairs, you’ll discover a second inviting living space with a high-end American Leather king sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. The second king suite, also on this level, features a full attached bath with dual access for convenience, a smart TV, and luxury linens. For entertainment, the game room offers hours of fun with ping pong, foosball, shuffleboard, and a custom arcade console loaded with hundreds of games. The lower level also includes a laundry room with a washer and dryer for guest convenience.

Guest House
The charming guest house provides an additional private retreat. The first floor features a queen suite with an ensuite bathroom, smart TV, and thoughtful touches for a relaxing stay. Guests will also find a laundry area with a washer and dryer on this floor for added convenience. Upstairs in the loft, guests will find a cozy queen sofa sleeper, a kitchenette, half bath, and a TV, making it a perfect space for quiet evenings or a fun movie night.

The cabin is positioned on 2.5 wooded acres in the Cordillera Development. There are plenty of things to keep you busy on the property, but it’s also conveniently located near some of Hochatown’s most sought-after amenities:

-Quaint loft with a queen sofa sleeper, kitchenette, and TV.

• Insect repellent, sun block, and other first-aid supplies.
• Coffee and filters – enjoy this while sitting on the deck in the early morning.
• Condiments- Please note: A starter supply of coffee/filters, cream/sugar, salt/pepper, paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap, dishwasher tablets, trash bags, and laundry soap are provided, but guests may need to bring additional supplies.

ACCESS
Guests will have full private access to the cabin. Guests will access the cabin via smartlock system using a secure pin code that will be sent prior to arrival via text and email
