- First Floor Primary > Queen bed with extra seating, smart TV, ceiling fan. En suite also features a soaking tub, double vanity, and walk-in shower.
- Second Floor Guest room > Bunk room that is perfect for the kids. 3 Twin beds and a Double bed - sleeps 5! This room features a en suite Jack and Jill style with a shower and tub combo.
- Second Floor Guest room > Queen bed with shared en suite, Jack and Jill style with the bunk room.
- Second Floor Primary > King bedroom with a lot of space! Natural light, extra-large closet, smart TV, and en suite bathroom.
- Third Floor Guest room > 5th bedroom delights with another bunk bed, Twin over Double. This room also includes an en suite shower/tub combo.

- We provide a starter kit for all your basics. Paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, laundry and dish pods
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods hand soap, lotion, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

- Beach access is a 5 min walk to Wall St Access point. Bike or take the golf cart there too!
- We've got you covered on beach gear too. We provide beach towels, chairs, and an umbrella for easy breezy beach trips.

Other things to note:
- Parking: 4 spots in the driveway, no street parking is available in this community.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Apologies, no furry friends are allowed at the home. We appreciate your understanding on this.
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
