IMPORTANT NOTES:
Electricity and water consumption will be charged in seasonal rentals.
A security deposit is charged and returned within 02 business days after check-out.
Check-in Hours: 2 pm to 6 pm - after hours there is a convenience fee.
Checkout Time: 8am to 12pm - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys.
For Checkout outside the hours there is a convenience fee and an excess value to the daily rate.

RULES OF THE PROPERTY:
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/events and pets on the property.
The house is limited to eight (8) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed with prior authorization.
The guest who makes the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people inside the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and property damage occurring during their stay at the property, whether caused by themselves or their guests and companions, such as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.

Guests will have someone to clean the property daily throughout their stay, as well as preparing breakfast and other meals if required. Guests will have easy access to the property managers and to the intermediary, Luxo Brasil.
