Bright and Modern Apartment on Country Estate

We offer a separate one bedroom, fully equipped and furnished apartment above a four-car garage with a private entrance, which can be reserved for 1-2 guests (maximum occupancy), located on a beautiful estate property surrounded by panoramic mountain views in a peaceful countryside setting.

An additional $10/night is assessed for second additional guest in unit. There is a 30 night minimum stay requirement. Guests will be required to sign rental agreements upon booking, and provide a photo of a valid driver's license.

A $70 interim cleaning fee may be assessed, if requested (changing sheets and laundry not included) in addition to the $100 vacating cleaning fee.

Parking available for one vehicle inside garage. Additional parking available on driveway in front of garage.

Home is close to freeway access and is easily accessible to Los Angeles and surrounding areas. There is plenty of parking space on the property.

Bed linens and towels, including a starter supply of hand/bath soaps and toilet tissue are provided in the guest apartment. A satellite TV and Internet access is also available, and the unit contains its own portable washing machine and dryer for guest use.
