The house was was very homey which I liked alot. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and had the basic things we needed. The only thing I think that would need to be changed is the master bedroom bed as it was a bit uncomfortable. Other than that the house is very lovely.

Property was nice. Very ample. Gameroom was too hot, so we barely spent time there. It was mid summer and with no AC in that room, we started sweating as soon as we got into the gameroom. Dont leave anything over the kitchen counters....lots of very tiny ants appeared out of nowhere. Its probably common of the region. Other than that, the property was nice, nice rooms, good amount of bathrooms, pool was definitely something to enjoy. A bit pricey since we were only 5 people and the house can accommodate more than 10 people, but it was worth to see the kids happy. Overall nice experience. Communication with the owner was great.

Pool is great! Overall a nice place. Could use a little updating and the washer can only do a few items at a time. Plan on an extra ten minutes in the morning to get where you’re going because the main road north is very busy. Easy to get to the parks and nice quiet neighborhood. Property manager was very responsive and helpful!

My partner, son and I were very excited to stay at this home but upon arrival we realized it is very VERY outdated. From the TV’s to the decor. If you like staying with your grandma, you might enjoy this home.Every baseboard in the home was filthy, dust on so many surfaces and I honestly felt like I wasted 1000. The balcony hadn’t been cleaned, cobwebs all over and every chair was gross. The pool was the only plus, everything else is old and the beds were horribly uncomfortable.I was so excited for this vacation but the house definitely put a damper on things. I wouldn’t stay again

Thank you for sharing your feedback. I’m truly sorry to hear that the home didn’t meet your expectations, especially after you were looking forward to your trip. We always want our guests to feel comfortable and enjoy their stay. I do want to clarify that the home is accurately represented in the listing photos, including the décor and furnishings, so guests can book with a clear understanding of the style and layout. While preferences vary, many guests appreciate the home’s comfort and the amenities it offers, especially the private pool, which I’m glad you enjoyed. Regarding cleanliness, this is something we take seriously. Had we been notified during your stay, we would have immediately sent our team to address any concerns, including the balcony or outdoor furniture. We never want a guest to feel disappointed, and we’re always available to help in real time. Thank you again for your comments. We’ll review your notes with our team, and we wish you all the best in your future travels.

We have just landed from 16 nights in this lovely villa. From day 1 they were excellent with communication and any help or advice we needed. Upon arriving at the villa we were blown away with the amazing views it had over the lake. So much wildlife and sunshine. The lake was a great extra for a nice walk around. The pool was a very good size and there was a hot tub on the side which was amazing. The house was very large. There were 4 of us but could easily fit double that without a problem. The location of this place is a real asset, set on a very nice gated community. It felt very secure. It had everything you need to have an amazing vacation. I would recommend this place for any future trips. Thank you very much for a fantastic vacation.

Easy and fun

The property was a bit dated but everything we needed. Very convenient with entertainment and the location was perfect. Pool was great and walking path around the pond was the best to see alligators. The grounds keepers even brought a snapping turtle to our back yard for my kids to see it prior to releasing it into the water. It was great!
