Architectural, Art filled home, close to the Rose Bowl

Our 2,600sf Architectural home is filled with vintage furniture and top-notch amenities, ensuring that your stay is as comfortable as possible. We love to cook and entertain, which makes our home ideal for families and small groups alike.

The Living Room has a fireplace, Smart TV, and plenty of seating, which makes it a nice place for the family to spend time together. A short flight of stairs up from the Living Room is the Dining Room, which gets great light throughout the day. We find it a lovely place to work.

Our Fully Equipped Kitchen is perfect for those who love to cook, featuring top-of-the-line appliances and ample space to prepare gourmet meals. If you like to grill, we have 2 Webers, a smoker, and an Ooni pizza oven.

Not into watching TV? Not to worry! We have a great backgammon setup in our Parlor and plenty of games to keep you entertained. We also have SONOS throughout the home, which connects to our turntable!

The 3rd floor boasts 2 cozy Guest Bedrooms that share a bathroom, and the Primary Suite, which has its own full bathroom and a Private Deck. The Guest Rooms have Queen beds, and the Primary suite has a King, all with Saatva Organic Luxury Firm Mattresses.

The Washer and Dryer are located on the 3rd level, making it easy to keep your wardrobe fresh throughout your stay.

There are 5 outdoor spaces, including an upper terrace with a dining table large enough to seat 12 people, 2 lounge areas, 2 balconies, and a spacious deck off the Primary bedroom.

If you have a car, the driveway will be open. There is also space in front of the garage, and parking across the street. There is a Tesla charger in the driveway.

Other things to note:
* There are 3 flights of stairs in the home. The first floor Living Room is one flight up from the front door, followed by a short flight to the Dining Room/Kitchen, and another flight to the Bedroom level.
* There is a camera at the front door only. There are no cameras inside the house.
* A Fire Extinguisher and First Aid Kit are in the kitchen pantry.
* Our gardener visits every Saturday around 3pm to clear the debris in front of our home.
* Our property is not pet-friendly. We have 2 dogs of our own, so if you’re highly allergic to dogs, our place may not be for you. Why don’t we accept pets? We have found from past experience, other dogs tend to mark, and we have had too many incidents.
