Loved our stay at The Charm of Churchill! Beautiful, well appointed studio. Everything you need to enjoy a trip toStillwater. Enjoy the neighborhood cafes, or an extended walk to historic downtown. This is a fantastic getaway regardless of season. Highly recommend!! Hope to come back for a ride on the tandem bike.

The whole experience was wonderful, such a cute place! You thought of everything and although we didn’t get time for a bicycle ride it was a nice touch!The price was on the high side considering it was mid-week but we were splurging for our anniversary. Would probably not pay that price for a regular stay.

Fantastic location. Very clean and well maintained. Only a short walk to downtown Stillwater and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. Perfect getaway.

Tyler and Leah were fantastic hosts! Great communication as well. The apartment was beautifully decorated and extremely clean. All the amenities were carefully thought out and above and beyond our expectations. Bed was extremely comfortable and a very quiet neighborhood for a great night sleep!Thank you, Tyler and Leah for a very memorable Memorial Day weekend!

Perfect little weekend getaway spot. Super close to downtown still water. Or if you want to walk a couple blocks you can eat or get some drinks at neighborhood bar and grill

Everything was perfect... home away from home with a great location. Plenty to do in Stillwater and neighboring Hudson, WI. But, we didn't want to leave the Charm of Churchill. Warm and cozy, quiet and peaceful, very relaxing, every last detail thought through thoroughly... PERFECT stay.

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and cozy studio! It had everything we needed and is in a great location close to everything. Hosts were very responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed walking to Nelson’s Ice Cream Shop looking at all the beautiful homes. So much beauty in Stillwater and the area.

Cozy Getaway

My wife and I had a great stay. The space well thought out, functional, cozy and perfect for two! Short drive to downtown Stillwater ( walk if you are in shape enough but the walk back would be all uphill). We would definitely stay again!

Owners clearly communicated a simple check in process and had several framed signs answering common questions (wifi, thermostat m, etc). In terms of cleanliness, the apartment was immaculate.

Charm of Churchill stay

The Charm of Churchill was a really nice property for our stay in Stillwater. The location really couldn’t be better being in historic downtown Stillwater, just a short walk to all the downtown shops and restaurants. The amenities were thoughtful and included a well-stocked kitchen to a comfortable bed with different pillow options. The host made everything so easy with contactless check-in, clear communication, and a helpful welcome guide with their contact info readily available. The space itself was one of the cleanest rentals we’ve ever stayed in and was beautifully designed to honor Stillwater’s Victorian charm while providing all the modern comforts. The tasteful decorations and attention to detail truly made the stay memorable. Plus, the neighborhood was so quiet, making it easy to relax and feel at home. If you’re visiting Stillwater, don’t hesitate to book this fantastic property!

My husband and I came to stay for my birthday. At the time when I was looking for a place to stay in Stillwater, I first tried the hotels downtown, but I am so happy they were all booked up, because that’s what made me check Verbo where I found this adorable place. Charm of Churchill is such a perfect name because it really is so quaint and charming. The hosts have paid attention to all the details and make it so comfy and fun to stay here—I wish we could have stayed longer! The fall decor, the games, the books, the coffee and tea, the hand written welcome note, all enhanced the stay!My husband and I love to be active when we travel, so the 15 minute walk downtown didn’t bother us at all. If you don’t prefer the walk, there are plenty of city parking lots to quickly drive to.If we come back to Stillwater, we will definitely be rebooking, and we will suggest this option to our friends and family. Thank you!
