Just steps from the Newport Pier on the boardwalk, in summer, winter, spring, or fall, this Non-Smoking, oceanfront duplex is definitely all about location, vacation, rest, and relaxation. Newly remodeled with upscale furniture. Treat yourself to million dollar views in a amazing setting.

Enjoy breakfast or a family barbecue on the patio of the Lower Unit in the summer and watch the dolphins swim by or on a winter's morning enjoy your view of Catalina Island. First bedroom has a Queen-size bed with high end Casper bed mattress. The second bedroom also has a queen size bed. Sliding glass door opens to the patio which is on the boardwalk.

This rental is just 15 minutes from John Wayne Airport, 20 minutes from Disneyland, California Adventure, and a short drive from Los Angeles International Airport, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Hollywood, Universal Studios, Knotts Berry Farm, Long Beach Aquarium, Queen Mary, and many other tourist attractions.

This place is perfect. It is right on the beach in the best location, and within walking distance to everything. It was spotless and adorable and has everything you need. The property manager is the nicest guy and so friendly and easy to work with. I will stay here again and again.

Location was absolutely perfect and the views were gorgeous. I knew the location well and was curious how "loud" being close to the round about and Pier would be at night, and it was still quiet within the home. Would definitely stay again.

The owner was great to work with. The home was very nice and clean and just what we needed. We loved being on the beach front, very close to the pier, and very close to the restaurants and shops.

The location alone was 10/10. We woke up and got our coffees next door and sat on the beach. It was absolutely perfect!

You cannot beat this location. Its so convenient to food, restaurants and to be able to walk out the front door and be on the beach is exactly as advertised. Doug, the owner called with perfect instructions and directions.

Great stay!

We rented this beach side house for 3 days. The accommodations were as described and the property was perfectly located for exploring the Balboa Peninsula. Doug, the owner was very friendly and called prior to our check in to review particulars of the property which was extremely helpful. He is a great host!We hope to stay again very soon.

Perfect Location

Spring Fling

We had a lovely long weekend and were very pleased with the rental!Everything we needed was inside and although we brought beach chairs, there was three inside the closet of one of the bedrooms.If youā€™re a coffee drinker, bring your Krups pods. A machine is there. We chose to walk just a short distance to the donut shop.

Relaxing at the beach

Property is in an amazing location and Hosts are amazing. We had an unexpected emergency the day of check in and they were very accommodating and kind! Highly recommend and will definitely be back!

Amazing location with a lot to do within a VERY short walk.

Had a blast! The parking is a bit tight so be aware that your lifted truck with oversized wheels are not going to fit. The beach is just out the front door and the porch is amazing to people watch. We got to watch some mounted police hand out citations to ignorant tourists and give others some friendly warnings. No flavored tobacco or nicotine products are available in California so be aware if youā€™re hooked. Honestly though, I took this trip as an opportunity to stop using nicotine so thanks for that!Would recommend and will return!

Highly recommend this location, you can walk to everything, excellent people watching and beach access. We had so much fun sitting on the beach and patio, best spot on the path.

Sandi and I (Doug) got married in 1997. We lived in this beach house owned by my family for 5 years. As our family grew so did the need for additional space. We now live 10 minutes away. I'm currently CEO of the household :-) and look after the family property and my wife is a flight attendant with Alaska Airlines. We have the best of both worlds - when the property is not occupied by wonderful tenants we get to enjoy all it has to offer.
