Nestled on a small sandy peninsula, this beautiful home offers incredible water views, multiple decks, exceptional waterfront, and a lovely, spacious interior (lake house charm and luxury).

Summer: Swim (amazing lakefront dock and clean, sandy beach from the natural sandbar on the peninsula), fish (Contoocook is a renowned bass fishing lake), or paddle the lake with our provided kayaks (4) and paddle boards (2). Hike Mt Monadnock, grab ice cream at Kimball Farms, or explore charming towns like Keene and Peterborough. Bring your boat for even more fun.

Winter: Enjoy pond hockey, ice fishing, and snowmobiling on the frozen lake. Skiing: Short drives to Wachusett (35 min), Crotched (40 min), and Sunapee (1 hr).

This place is awesome, very quiet secluded. The waterfront, it's crystal clear water, it just a wonderful time. We had there at night. You have the fire pit. It's just yeah, quiet relaxing tons of fun.

Beautiful home with stunning lake views from just about every where in the house. Peaceful, clean and spacious. Five of us stayed here and we could have fit more easily. Set up of rooms is great for a family vacation. We did not want for anything. Very nice and clean water front. Would stay here again.

As others have said, the photos donā€™t do it justice. The house has great spaces and is beautifully and thoughtfully furnished. It has a great location with a bit of sandy beach and good swimming. The kayaking was great. I am old so the biggest drawback for me were the steps to the beach and dock but that gives it the good location. I plan to come again. Communication with the owner was excellent.

Perfect vacation!!

As first-time guests, we didnā€™t know what to expect, but the pictures and description didnā€™t do it justice. It was the perfect getaway, close enough for local family that there was no travel hassle and no coordination headaches, yet peaceful enough to feel like a true vacation. The hosts were incredibly responsive, always available to answer any questions. A truly relaxing, effortless, and memorable experience.

Our 3rd year at Breezy Point!

Weā€™ve already rebooked for next year! That should speak volumes. This was the best year yet with the updates to the place, especially the gorgeous bathrooms. The new owner really makes it feel like itā€™s your home during your stay!

This property is beautiful. Lots of separate sleeping spaces/bedrooms - all with balconies and comfortable seating. Very comfortable beds. Beautiful views of the lake. Kitchen is well equipped, kayaks and beach towels provided. Beach area is very sandy and shallow. The dogs loved it. Great for small children. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Stephen was very responsive. Also very close to amenities- large grocery store and gas for our boat. We would highly recommend!

This was our second stay here. This house is amazing. Everything you could possibly need is here. The lake is so clean We swam and kayaked everyday. We had a wonderful time and canā€™t wait till next year .

Everything we were looking for!

The home is beautiful, the lake is fantastic, and we loved using the kayaks every day. I really appreciated that all of the sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels, and beach towels were provided, as well as plenty of TP and paper towels. The home is even nicer than it looks in the pictures. The multiple decks are so nice and we love the outdoor lighting too. Overall, a great house and great location.

Freizeit at Breezy Point is such a special place. We canā€™t wait for our family to return next year. Communication with Stephen and Toby was fantastic. In each exchange they were both so warm, welcoming, accommodating, and timely. The home itself is beautiful and cozy. Our family felt at home immediately. We paddled and swam all week long and the shallow water, with soft sandy entry, was perfect for our little ones and dog. We loved watching the osprey, kayaking to the conservation marsh, and swimming/ playing in the clean, clear waters of the lake. We enjoyed building fires in the fire pit outside and the stone fireplace inside, especially with the provided firewood in the garage. The kitchen was stocked with everything needed to make all of our meals and we really appreciated not needing to pack a single towel. The bath and beach towels both were high quality. Bonus points for awesome appliances including convenient washer/dryer in the large pantry off the kitchen. Many shared living spaces to suit everyone (we had our kids, our small dog, and the grandparents) and the bedrooms were lovely and comfortable for everyone as well. Our kids loved the double bunk bed, which was super sturdy and cozy. Each bedroom has balcony access and lake viewsā€” itā€™s a truly spectacular spot. Highly recommended! Thanks again to Stephen and Toby for everything!

Lakefront memories

Once again I was placed into a state of memories starting from childhood when I used to swim in Lake Sunshine(now lake Contoocook! The scenery is mesmerizing and I love staring at the trees and lake which takes me back to days of freedom and wonderment. The sunrises are spectacular and make me begin a new day with energy and hope for this unsettled world.

Perfect place to stay with children. Lake isnā€™t too deep for quite a way out. We had a blast. Town a few minutes away. They do need to get more plastic ware. Wine glasses and highball.
