Hello Deanna! Thanks for taking the time to review your recent stay at beautiful Lands End in Treasure Island. We truly apologize that things were not in proper order as they should have been upon your arrival. We wished you had contacted our office about these issues. We would have sent our cleaners back out right away. It's standard that we leave a starter pack of soap and garbage bags. A coffee maker is an essential in all of our condos and, of course, the shower has a shower curtain. As you can see by the average of 4.2 star reviews, this is not a normal occurrence. We addressed this with our staff. Again, we apologize and wished we could have addressed this while you were staying at Lands End.

We are so glad you enjoy your time at Land's End and thank you for the feedback that was left from your stay. Please let us know if we can be of assistance to you with planning a visit for a future stay.

Hi Don, thank you for your review! We're glad to hear you had a very nice stay. We appreciate you staying with Resort Rentals and thanks again for your feedback!

Hey Thomas, thank you for your review. We're so glad you enjoy Lands End and have been coming here for years. We're very sorry for the issues you experienced during your stay. Our operations team is working alongside the owner to address all of your concerns. We appreciate you staying with Resort Rentals and welcome your feedback.

Thank you for your comments and the feedback on this condo, we will be sure to pass this over to the owner for their review. So glad to hear you enjoy the Land's End property, it really is an awesome spot away from the main drag yet a short drive to all that you need! The Bay side facing condos definitely get a variety of different things to watch on that and we are glad you enjoyed it! :-) Thank you for being our guest and we look forward to your next Land's End getaway!

Thank you for this feedback and we will be sure to pass this over to the owners for review and knowledge. Please do not ever hesitate to contact us at our office if anything needs to be addressed, we would be more than happy to look at anything that comes up as we want you to be comfortable during your stay with us. We are so sorry for any troubles you ran into but will get these items addressed. We hope to see you back for a future visit to Land's End.

Hi Diann, we're so sorry for this unfortunate situation. This should have never happened in the first place. We're glad we could discuss this further and come to an agreement after your stay. We appreciate your feedback.

Thank you for your post! We do apologize if the condo that you stayed in was not a good fit for you. We will be sure to pass along the feedback to the owner on your behalf. We have 2 different categories of condos in our program, standard and premier. This condo that you stayed in falls into our standard category. In a premier unit you will find recent updates throughout to include updated kitchen and bathrooms, newer flooring, furnishings, appliances and flat screen TV's. We have a number of premier condos in each view category at Land's End so for your next visit if you are looking for a bit more updated, perhaps a premier unit could be a nice fit!! :-) Thank you for being our guest and we look forward to your next Land's End visit.

Thank you for your feedback. We love to hear that you enjoyed the location and the sights you saw from this condo! We are sorry you did not find more condiments and other items in the condo. That is something that is left by the individual owners; our housekeeping is not taking those items from the condo. Many guests that buy those items for their use may in fact take them back home with them as well so there are a few different scenarios that could come into play with this. On our website we do have a helpful link that states what we leave for a “starter supply” in each condo and that perhaps could be useful to you. We do apologize though for any inconvenience it may have created for you. Outside of that, we are again glad to hear you enjoyed your vacation time and we hope to have you back for another visit in the future!! :-)

Thanks for the post, we appreciate you taking the time on this! We have a category of condos in our program that carry a "premier" designation that will carry recent updates to the kitchen, bathrooms, they will have newer furnishings and flooring, etc.. Should you want something a bit more updated for your next visit, a premier unit could be a nice option for you and we have several at the Land's End community. :-)

Thanks for the post! Land's End really is a great spot that is off of the main road, yet close to all that you need! Being a gated community at the end of a peninsula really does keep it quiet and quaint! :-) Glad to hear you had an enjoyable stay and we hope to have you back for another visit!

So glad you had a good stay and hopefully you got caught up on some much needed R&R!!!! We do apologize that some of the boardwalk was closed during your stay, this was just due to the construction work that is taking place on the grounds and it will not be permanent. Thank you for choosing to stay with us and we hope to see you back for another visit soon!

Thank you for your post! We are so glad to hear you had a good stay and hope to have you back as our guest again soon! :-)

Thank you so much for this post! We are so glad you had a nice stay at Land's End and took advantage of the lovely amenities that they have on grounds! It is always so fun to hear about the dolphin sightings from our guests, that is always so cool!! :-) Thank you for being our guest and we hope to have you back again very soon!
