A first-floor media room features an 80-inch flat-screen TV, surround sound system, and Blu-Ray DVD player. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths: First floor has 2 bedrooms each with a Queen and shared bath. Second floor Primary Bedroom with King, TV, and private bath with shower. A small alcove on the first floor features a Pyramid Bunk Bed (Twin over Double) which offers flexible sleeping options (but does not allow occupancy over the 6 person limit). Amenities include complimentary SpaceX Starlink high-speed satellite Internet service, central air conditioning/heat, ceiling fans, 2 TVs, and a Blu-ray DVD player. The kitchen includes a wine refrigerator. Washer and dryer. Pack-N-Play. High chair. The exterior offers a waterfront deck with bench seating and screened porch each with a picnic table, plus a picnic table located by the grill. Park style charcoal grill, hot/cold outdoor shower, and fish cleaning bench. Two tandem kayaks. Life jackets are not provided, if you wish to rent them, please contact Ride The Wind Surf Shop. They will be happy to assist. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds are made for your arrival. No Smoking. No Pets Allowed. Parking is limited to 2 vehicles. No partial stays.
