Pontos positivos: Limpeza, check-in, comunicação e localização
First - it was a great place. The price was very reasonable and the property was pretty much as described. I was under the impression that both bathrooms had walk in showers but only one had a walk in. The upstairs bathroom had a tub/shower combo with glass doors. That proved problematic since both couples were in our upper seventies. The beds were comfortable and the place was clean. It was in a good location and very quiet. There was plenty of room for the two couple to talk. I would recommend carrying bottled water for ice and coffee as the water had a funny taste to me - others may disagree.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that the AC went out during your stay, especially after a long day at Dollywood. We understand how uncomfortable that can be, and while we’re glad our maintenance team was able to address the issue the following day, we know that doesn’t make up for the inconvenience you experienced. We appreciate your patience and hope you’ll consider staying with us again for a more comfortable experience.
