3-bedroom house in charming Royal Palm Beach with AC, WiFi, barbecue

You checked in at 11pm and you call me at 11:15 pm saying that one of the bedrooms bedside lamp was not working, I sent someone to buy one and bring to you before midnight, when the person got there all the lamps was on and working, early morning you call me and said the couch in the leaving room needs to be cleaned a little bit, I call a company and send them there to wash it and I told you the time they were supposed to be there to clean and wash the couch, couple hours after I spoke to you you sent me a text requested for $700 back and I said no , that’s when I told you to call VRBO if you have more issues because I see that you were trying to get a refund. All those other issues you mentioned was reported after spending 12 days in the property and try to get full refund, you are the type of person that are looking for free place to stay. How come you expected to get full refunds after staying in someone house for 12 days, you expect me to pay your bills for you. If the property was that bad, why did you stay there for 12 days????? Parasite. God is taking note.
