The Space:

Enjoy a dream stay in a spacious, comfortable, and high-end chalet right on the edge of a stunning lake in the heart of nature (non-smoking. Pets allowed under certain conditions). Chalet DesignPur has direct access to the lake, featuring a large completely private dock with chairs for relaxation, two kayaks, and a pedal boat available from May to November (life jackets provided). Please note that a fishing rowboat and canoe can be provided upon request. In winter, an ice rink is set up on the lake for everyone's enjoyment.



The chalet has central heating with air conditioning and is secured by an alarm system connected to a central monitoring station, as well as a camera system at the entrance.



On the Upper Floor:



The entrance to the chalet is on the upper floor, where you will find a cozy sitting area with a gas fireplace (available from November to April), equipped with an HD television and FM sound system with Bluetooth connection for listening to your favorite music. The large dining room comfortably seats 8 people. The linear kitchen, fully equipped, is perfect for cooking with family or friends. On this floor, the full bathroom features a freestanding tub and a glass shower. Towels are provided, but you need to bring your own towels for the hot tub and swimming in the lake. You will find two spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, furnished with hotel-quality mattresses and bedding (1 room with a King bed + 1 room with a Queen bed). The other two bedrooms are located on the garden level.



On the Garden Level:



On the lower level, you will find two spacious bedrooms furnished with hotel-quality mattresses and bedding (1 room with a King bed + 1 room with a Queen bed) and a bathroom with a glass shower. At the end of the hallway, a home theater room with a 60” screen smart TV (Netflix) and Blu-ray/DVD available will be perfect for long winter evenings. Please note that the chalet has a second fridge in the basement, two baby cribs, and 2 booster seats. A laundry area with a washer and dryer is available on the garden level.



Outside:



Chalet DesignPur has direct access to the lake, featuring a large completely private dock with chairs for relaxing, two kayaks, and a pedal boat available from May to November (life jackets provided). Please note that a fishing rowboat and canoe can be provided upon request. In winter, an ice rink is set up on the lake for everyone's enjoyment.



The chalet is equipped with a large 6-person hot tub available year-round and an outdoor terrace with a fire pit (wood provided). A functional propane barbecue accessible year-round will delight grilling enthusiasts in all seasons. The chalet's parking can easily accommodate 5 cars, but in winter, it is preferable to access the chalet with a 4-wheel-drive vehicle, as the driveway is sloped.
