This inviting 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home combines modern comfort with a lush tropical feel, perfect for families or groups of friends. Situated in a vibrant, family-friendly neighborhood in Fort Lauderdale, it’s a short drive from local attractions, shopping, and beautiful beaches.

**Bedrooms:**
Each bedroom offers a comfortable, stylish escape designed to help you unwind after a day of adventure.
The master bedroom features a plush king-size bed, cozy linens, and soft lighting, with large windows that allow natural light to flow in and a view of the pool, palm trees and sandy beach.
The second bedroom includes a comfortable queen-size bed, decorated with vibrant tropical accents that make it feel like a private retreat and has a 55` smart flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom is outfitted with two twin beds, making it perfect for kids or friends to share. It also has a 55` smart flat-screen TV. All rooms have storage space, soft bedding, and calming decor to ensure a peaceful night’s sleep.

**Bathrooms:**
Both bathrooms are modern, spacious, and fully stocked with essentials.
The master bathroom boasts a walk-in shower and elegant finishes, while the second bathroom features a shower-tub combo, ideal for families with kids. Each bathroom is thoughtfully designed to make you feel at home.

**Living Room:**
The living room is a welcoming space to gather and relax. Sink into the comfortable sofa and enjoy a movie night on the 75` smart flat-screen TV or lounge with a book. Tropical decor and lush plants bring a vibrant ambiance, while large windows offer views of the backyard paradise.

**Kitchen & Dining Area:**
The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, with modern appliances and ample counter space. The adjacent dining area seats four, perfect for family meals or game nights. The decor is bright and inviting, inspired by the colors of a tropical getaway.

**Backyard Oasis:**
Step outside to a backyard designed for relaxation and fun. Dive into the swimming pool, unwind on the outdoor sofa, or gather around the fire pit as the sun sets. Enjoy a meal at the picnic table under the stars or lounge by the sand area, which brings a bit of the beach right to you. The backyard also features water access for kayaking and fishing, so adventure is just steps away. With a BBQ grill and outdoor games, this space is perfect for making memories together.

Guest can access all areas of the house and backyard with the exception of locked owners closets and attic. No trespassing on neighboring properties and no swimming in the dock.

Important Details to Note To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please observe the following:

1. Smoke-Free Property: Our property is entirely smoke-free, both indoors and in common areas. A $250 penalty and immediate removal apply for any violations. Excessive cleaning fees may be incurred.

2. No Parties/Events: Only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests will incur additional fees and potential eviction. Contact your host to include any additional guests in your reservation.

3. Quiet Hours: The City enforces quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect these times to avoid fines up to $500.

4. No Pets: We maintain a pet-free environment to ensure comfort for all guests. Violations will result in fines up to $300 and additional cleaning fees.

5. Guest Accountability: Any damages caused by guests will be charged upon checkout.

6. Dock: Swimming, Lighting Fireworks and unlicensed / unauthorized fishing at the dock is strictly prohibited. Violations will result in fines and possible action by authorities.

7. Security: Outdoor areas of the property are monitored by security cameras for your safety, security and to prevent trespassing. Security cameras monitor front door, front porch, driveway, north and south entrances to the yard, swimming pool, sandy beach area, patio, path to dock and dock. Also noise decibel monitoring devices are present in the living room and patio. Any act of tampering with or disabling or unplugging any security device, camera, alarm or monitoring device will result in immediate eviction without refunds and possible fines and or repair charges.

8. Children must be supervised at all times.

9. Please leave the home as you found it and be considerate of neighbors regarding noise.

10. Swimming is only permitted in the pool and at your own risk.

11. All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete a check-in form. Adults must carry a valid government issued ID.
