Independent one Bed Room spacious Studio with an extra room, just 5 minute drive from Airport. The place is comfortably located at Krishna Nagar near to Kanpur Road.


The area consist of one 300 square feet studio and a 150 square feet study room attached to it. Two patios are available, one is outdoor patio, the other is patio on entrance. Study has a sofa bed ample enough for 2 adults. Main Bedroom has a double bed. Its the single apartment on top floor, so you have full access to roof. From study you have great view of garden on ground floor. You can play badminton in garden or do morning jogging in garden. If you are staying for longer time, laundry service and ironing service is also available at additional cost.


The place is on 2nd floor (top floor) of 2000 square feet building. Its an independent apartment. 24 hour security of building, daily housekeeping, a small kitchen with Fridge, Induction Stove, Cookware, General spices & crockery, a kettle, tea bags, coffee, sugar, AC, heater in winters is available. In case of power cuts (rare), room is serviced by dedicated Inverter that can take load of fans & lights. Please note ACs won't work in case of power failure. There are few near-by restaurants including Dominos, you can order home deliveries from restaurants.


Public transport is available at 5 minute walk. Taxi can be provided at additional cost.
