Studio Bliss: No Steps, Comfortable & Convenient

Thank you for your feedback. We’re disappointed to hear that the property wasn’t the right fit for your stay. We work hard to make sure our listing accurately represents the space, and our photos show the unit, its size, layout, bathroom and amenities so guests can determine whether it will meet their needs before booking. A closet and walkability to attractions are not amenities that we advertise. We were especially surprised to learn that you felt unsafe due to the door or had other concerns during your stay. You stayed with us for four nights and unfortunately never contacted us about any of these issues. Had we known there was a concern with the door, insects, shower or anything else, we would have appreciated the opportunity to address it immediately. We’re glad to hear that you found the bed comfortable, and we appreciate the feedback.
