Our family had a wonderful stay. The nicely renovated room was on the second floor with beautiful views of the ocean. The room was also conveniently located close to the stairs, so we never had to wait for an elevator!! We have stayed at the Caribbean numerous times and have never been disappointed.

We came for the weekend and it was exactly what we were looking for! The ocean view was spectacular and perfect for our first vacation with our infant! We will be back!

This property was great! It was clean and roomy with great ocean front views. The location was walkable to dining, shops, and entertainment. The check in process was very easy and customer service was quick to answer our email questions. Highly recommend this suite! My only critique is there was no safe to lock up valuables.

We had a great time, great location, all the amenities, host was fantastic and accommodating. Can walk to bars and restaurants and convenience stores which was key. Balcony overlook the water centrally located for golf and family fun, we did golf.

When I clicked on the address it sent me to a cottage with the same address. When trying to call they sent me a text with the address. I finally had to type the name of the hotel. It did have the same address, don’t understand that one. I really thought I was getting a panoramic view but it was a balcony with a straight out view to ocean. I thought pantry was a corner balcony. That was a misinformation on their part. Then when they sent the rules I was scared to even use the linens, we brought our own. They mentioned if we use the li es to wash makeup off with they would charge you. If you asked for more linen, you would be charged extra. You had to take trash across the street when leaving, I really thought that was what you paid for as far as cleaning. The window in bedroom was right at the outside walk and the light show. Around curtain and looked like daylight when trying to sleep. The water pressure in shower was awful and the pipes were loud when running. I’m sorry for being so neg but when you pay o we 300 a night I do expect more. Location was great and the decoration was nice.

We loved the room and hotel. The room was very cool and clean! The beds were all softer than most hotel beds. The balcony door is a little hard to push and the shower does make some noise if it’s almost all the way over on hot but those are minor issues. Everything else was great. The refrigerator was not working when we arrived and they fixed it the next day. The tv is Roku so you can log into Netflix and so on. My family had a great time!

I am very disappointed with my experience at this property, primarily because of the poor communication and the condition of the room.The communication was great during the booking process, but as soon as I reported an issue with the stay, I waited over a week for an answer. I had to repeatedly follow up just to get an answer.The property’s location is excellent and very convenient to the beach, which is unfortunate because the room itself was unacceptable. Upon arrival, I found what appeared to be bodily fluids on the bed, clumps of hair on the mattress, and multiple bugs crawling throughout the room. These conditions made the room feel unsanitary and uninhabitable. The property did offer to send someone to clean the room, but after seeing bugs crawling around and the overall condition of the room, I no longer felt comfortable staying there. While cleaning may have addressed the visible dirt, it would not have resolved my concerns about the bugs or restored my confidence in the cleanliness of the room. I checked out within an hour of arrival and booked another room within the same resort that was clean and suitable. Despite this, the property refused to work with me and kept the full amount I paid. Their explanation was that I did not give them the opportunity to clean the room, but given the condition I encountered, I did not believe a simple cleaning would adequately address the issues.The property was unwilling to help or have any concern towards me. BEWARE !!!!!!!

Check in was easy. Door access code given so went straight to room at check in time. No need to stop at front desk for parking passes as they were in room on arrival. Kitchen facilities-basic kitchen needs were met! Traditional coffee pot in coffee - not a keurig. I may have overlooked that in the listing. Ice maker in freezer not functioning & no ice tray to make ice. Never located ice maker on property but it may have exited. Broom needs to be updated or vacuum available for all of the sand that gets tracked in.Shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers in shower were all empty so bring your own.

Good value for the money but make sure that your e-mails are working. Otherwise, your are up the S creek - not able to check in because you could not get the key code via e-mail in the last minute.
