Terrific Family Getaway on Lake Charleviox with Stunning Views

Accommodations:
Cottage, 5 bedrooms, 3 baths (sleeps 10). To sleep 12, will need to use big couches or air mattresses that are available for a couple of people.
The cottage is located on beautiful Lake Charlevoix with great views for leisurely morning coffee on the deck and awesome sunsets down by the water. The lake is gorgeous with a sandy bottom, beaches for swimming and great water for all sports.

There is a boat hoist that can accommodate a typical speed boat with a v hull and up to about 24 feet and an 8 foot beam with a maximum weight of 4000 pounds. Additionally there is a mooring buoy for pontoon and tritoon style boats . Use will require walking floating or swimming out to mooring buoy for usage at this point.

The cottage sits down a private drive with only two other homes down the driveway lending to a very quiet and secluded atmosphere. Enjoy sunrise and sunsets from the beautiful deck. There is a large grassy yard to play all sorts of outdoor activities. The deck has a gas grill. The yard also has a fire pit for a evening campfire by the water.
Spacious kitchen with all the amenities. Two refrigerators and large separate freezer to accommodate all the food and drinks for large groups. Large vaulted ceiling family room with a great view of Lake Charleviox. The family room has a wood burning stone fireplace, 52 inch flat screen TV with blu ray player, very comfortable couches and two sitting chairs. Master suite with a king size bed, a view from the bed that you have to see to believe and an attached master bath with double shower heads. There are TV's in the master and another bedroom as well. There is a crib located in the master bedroon and an adjoining sunroom with a futon that can sleep two guests. Double doors can be closed for privacy.
Off the kitchen is a full bath attached to the laundry room with washer and dryer.
Through the living room at the other end of home are three bedrooms, one with bunk beds, second bedroom with double bed and third bedroom with a queen size bed with walkout to the deck an attached full bath with Jacuzzi tub. This bathroom allows external access for the other bedroom guests.
The cottage is located about 3 miles from the Ironton Ferry. Charlevoix, East Jordan, Petoskey and Harbor Springs are all just a short drive or better yet, a boat ride away!
Whiting Park is about 2 miles away which has a very nice public beach, along with swing sets, grills and pavilions. Goif courses are abundant including one about a mile from the cottage with great views of the lake.
Enjoy Water sports, golfing, biking, hiking or just plain relaxing.
Like lots of snow? Boyne Mountain Resort, Boyne Highlands, and Nubs Knob are near by for winter sports enthusiasts.
An awesome location for about any kind of vacation on a beautiful lake surrounded with quaint little towns with lots of cool shops and restaurants!
