This large home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, perfect for a large group or family. The house features a fully equipped luxury kitchen, perfect for cooking meals when you don't feel like venturing out to one of the area's eateries. Eat in the beautiful dining room or under the amazing tiki hut out by the pool! The beautiful backyard features a solar heated, salt water pool. Lounge by the pool or in screened in porch that overlooks the pool area.

Live like a local in this awesome home! Take a short stroll to the beach or take a dip in your private pool. Walk down to the center of town for a drink and a great dinner, or cook in your beautiful kitchen and have dinner at home. This will be your Home Away from Home!

Perfect Friends Vacation

This home was the perfect place for our group of 8. Close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of cleaning supplies, towels, and kitchen utensils. We were pleasantly surprised to find beach chairs for use on the screen porch.

Outstanding Stay

Outstanding stay…and by far, the best location! This is a beautiful, clean home that was very accommodating for the five of us and our two pups. Open floor plan was comfortable and inviting. Location was so convenient, yet secluded and quiet. We could easily walk to the beach, grocery store, fabulous restaurants / shops, water taxi (behind Blue Moon Fish Co), Sunday farmers market, yoga studio, park, etc. which were all only minutes away by foot. Also, Pompano Beach pier was only a short drive away. Pool area is gorgeous and there is a nice shaded area under the Tiki Hut. The pool water was maintained at a perfect warm temperature and very relaxing. Nice, friendly neighborhood too. Would love to visit again!

Fantastic location walkable and bikeable!

This was an absolute wonderful property to stay at. It is within walking distance of all the local restaurants and is exceptionally accessible to the beach, grocery store, and local shopping. You can leave your car in the driveway and experience all of these things in this lovely four bedroom House. The house has been updated, it is clean and well designed. There’s an absolutely wonderful pool outback, and a tiki hut that lives up to the photos that are posted. The owner has graciously placed four bikes for use to get to and from the local areas if you don’t want to walk. Our family enjoyed the time at this house and it was more than enough room for everyone. The open range design fostered interaction between family members during the entire time that we were there. the property manager was responsive and incredibly kind. I highly recommend this property.

Simply Perfect

Impeccably clean, lots of helpful supplies (toilet paper/dish soap/sponge/paper towels/ice blocks in freezer to name a few) comfortable and spacious! We are already trying to plan our return trip next year. Property manager beyond pleasant. What a great experience!

Great location

Great response from property owner. Unfortunately there was a few things not working throughout the stay and dishwasher broke down and had to be exchanged during our stay. This was just bad luck and could have hapoened to anyone. Close to beach, close to shopping and a very nice, clean and neat area. Spacious and easy to maintain throughout stay.

Place was great and clean. Centrally located to the beach and with in walking distance of beach, stores and restaurants. Only draw back is may not be good fit for your four legged fur baby (was not allowed to take her on the beach, and because of pool in back yard she didn’t have place to get her excess energy out). Over all would recommend this rental!

Great location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. Awesome backyard with heated pool and huge tiki hut that provides shade and plenty of seating. Property manager was quick to respond to questions. House was spacious enough for our group of 8. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable home

The house had a very nice floor plan, beds were comfortable, and we loved the pool. It just needs some repairs that would make it much nicer. Microwave broken, cracked tiles in the master, and door wouldn’t close. Cracked tiles around pool, I almost fell, and rugs on porch and outside are curled up, dirty and need replacing. Some lights are burnt out and need replacing. TV on porch doesn’t work. Screen porch door has a hole in it. The welcome book needs a revamp!! Coffee pot was dirty and some dishes. I don’t know where the table and chair set around the pool came from, possibly a garage sale, but it’s all rusted. For what we paid, the property could have been in better condition. We still enjoyed our week stay though.

Christmas stay with family

Awesome location in Lauderdale By the Sea! We had seven adults and this four bedroom was roomy and spacious for all of us. The pool and tiki area was perfect. Lots of privacy in the backyard. The house was clean and spotless and we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

Fantastic two family house in great location .....

We stayed Christmas week with relatives visiting from Australia - the house was perfect for four adults and four children (7-14 years). House is better than in the photos, all amenities you could need, great pool, short stroll to the beach, supermarket round the corner, 10 mins to restaurants and bars. We had a wonderful time.

Great house - Great location

House was just as listed! Very clean and spacious! Perfect for three couples because everyone has their own bathroom! 10 minute walk to bars and restaurants! Will be back!

Great Vacation Home!

This house was perfect! The neighborhood was nice and it was a short walk to the beach and the main street. The backyard was secluded and the pool, tiki hut, and screened-in porch were perfect for relaxing with friends. The house was well stocked and the property manager was super attentive. I would highly recommend staying here!

Beautiful Property and great location

We could not have asked for a better time down there in Lauderdale-by-the Sea. Walking distance to the beach as well as local restaurants and entertainment. This is a great area that I have visited several times and will be coming back. I highly recommend choosing this property. In addition, the property management team was very responsive to all our needs.

Perfect Home and Location!!!

We recently stayed at this property in April for a girls 50th birthday getaway and it was perfect. The pictures were exactly what the rental looked like. It was very clean which is always the most important thing to me when renting a property. It was decorated beautifully and the pool and cabana were an added bonus especially since we spent almost all of our time outside. It was close enough to walk to the beach and restaurants or just a short drive away. A lot of good restaurants and bars to choose from but we enjoyed Shooters, Aruba and Vinny's Italian. It was truly a great find and we hope to come back again to stay. Absolutely recommend this property.

Great for a family of 5 (or more)

I was very happy with the rental and it was a wonderful place for my family of 5 to spend a week in Lauderdale by the Sea. The house was nice, but the POOL and tiki hut made the rental great! We spent the majority of our time lounging around the pool during the day and relaxing in the open kitchen / dining / family room in the mornings and evenings. We rented a car for the week and found it very nice to have. The beach is pretty close (less than 10 minute walk), but if you're looking for beach activity multiple times a day, it's not that close. Lots of great places to eat/drink nearby. The leasing agent (Andrew) and property manager (Elisabeth) were very helpful and responsive. IF you happen to be a group of people traveling down with plans to party all night, I would do the neighbors a favor and pick a different place. The house is in the middle of a residential neighborhood, which doesn't appear to be too conducive for late night parties. That being said, the house is wonderful for relaxing, entertaining, and enjoying south Florida.
