Modern Luxury - 3 Bed in the Heart of Downtown!

Thank you for the review! 😊

Thank you for staying with us. We were disappointed to receive a 4-star rating, particularly since no concerns or feedback were mentioned during or after your stay. You requested a late checkout just 20 minutes before the scheduled checkout time, which we were unable to accommodate because our cleaning crew was already on the way. Unfortunately, you ultimately checked out approximately 30 minutes past the scheduled checkout time, which put additional pressure on our cleaning team as they prepared the home for our next guests. Given the timing and the lack of any other concerns being communicated, we can only assume the rating may have been influenced by our inability to accommodate the last-minute late checkout request. We always strive to provide a positive experience while also being fair to our cleaning team and the guests arriving after you. We appreciate you choosing to stay with us and wish you safe travels.
