Dear Robert, Your concerns are very important to me and I am always open to changes and improvements. I will be using all your concerns to help improve the service at my vacation rental. I take full responsibility and feel horrible that the replacement hot tub was delayed in shipment, we had hoped until that morning that it would be in place for your use. For the inconvenience we did refund a portion of your stay. The Gillespie County issues burn bans and keeps current status on their website, it is our custom to inform guests as they arrive if there is a current burn ban as this can change day to day. We did receive your request for a crib and high chair and upon your arrival we came to greet you and discuss your requests and where would you like us to place them, at that point you informed me you had brought your own. As in any stay either in a hotel, vacation rental or B&B things can malfunction and once we were notified of the water issue we quickly began to address the issue and had the issue resolved as quickly as possible. The amount you paid for your accommodations is a very fair price compared to similar places in this area and better priced than the hotels in this area with less space. The photos posted are accurate representations of the house and if it was not to your liking you should not book with us. As for cleanliness I will review our cleaning procedures to make sure we keep cleanliness to our high standard. I do welcome feedback and am glad of it and if you approached me in the same manner as most your review was written you would have seen a different response from me, but not only your aggressive attitude in person and in the email you send was cruel and could not be called “feedback.”
