The Estes Escape is a wonderful retreat for your large group gathering with all private en-suite bathrooms.
GATHERING SPACE

The Estes Escape sleeps 14 people in 4 large bedrooms and a basement with bunk beds; all with ensuite bathrooms (and a powder room on the main level). The main floor has a large open kitchen and gathering space with a dining table that seats 14. The basement retreat is designed as a game room including a smart TV. Each level of the home has a wrap around deck with a table and natural gas grill on the top deck for outside dining. Whether you're planning a multi-generational family gathering, a small work retreat or friends get-away, the Estes Escape has private spaces to relax and gathering spaces to enjoy group fellowship.

The Estes Escape sits at the top of the neighborhood and affords great views….enter on the main level with a large two car garage (maximum six car capacity at the home) with EV charger. Enjoy relaxing on the front porch or in the spacious living room with gas fireplace. A game table augments the large dining space. Air conditioning, somewhat unusual in Estes, allows the main floor and second floor to remain comfortable in the summer heat. If your large group needs to do laundry, the washer and dryer are on the main floor.
PRIVATE SPACE

Traverse down the stairs to the second level with the primary bedroom (The Sky Pond Suite) which has a gas burning fireplace and large soaking tub. The second bedroom (The Bierstadt bedroom) on the second level has a queen bed, sitting area and en-suite bathroom. Each bedroom has a large walk in closet.

The third level has two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms; one with a queen bed (The Mills Lake bedroom) and one with a king bed (The Sprague Lake Bedroom) The lower two levels while not airconditioned, remain cool in the summer.

Take the final set of stairs to the Dorsey Dorm which has 2 bunks beds and a sleeper couch as well as air hockey and bumper pool.
