Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a great unit. There are a lot of hard floor surfaces so some rugs would be nice to soften up the décor. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was well maintained and updated. The view is excellent and location convenient. Beds were comfortable. My only complaint is that we would have liked an additional patio chair. There were only three. The property is very well maintained and beautiful as always. The pool could use updated loungers. We'll be back.

Lands End

The property is beautiful. The only thing that could have made it better was if someone had left instructions on how to work the TV. Sometimes it would work just fine, then the next time it would say no internet connection. Then maybe it would work and maybe not. The last night we were there it took us an hour or more to get it to work.

Beach Front Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first trip to Treasure Island and we were very pleased with our beach front unit. The unit was clean and well-maintained. It felt like our home, away from home. We appreciated there were beach chairs provided for us to use, but it would have been nice to have lighter chairs that one could take down to the beach. The ones provided were very heavy and awkward to carry. Other than that, we felt the unit didn't lack amenities. We would highly recommend this unit.
Resposta de VrboOwner em 20 de mai. de 2022

Beautiful View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo view was absolutely beautiful!Floors in the condo were nice and seemed to be updated recently. Bathroom in master bath could use some updating. Shower/bathtub a little outdated and small. But guest bathroom shower was great! The only thing I would say is having to keep the temp at 72 is a little warm after being out in the sun and trying to sleep - it gets hot. Also - master bedroom could use some Curtains - otherwise be ready for wakeup to light at 6:30am.Other than that - beautiful view of ocean, boardwalk around Lands End is very nice, I liked the location - away from all the hustle and bustle of Treasure Island but yet close enough for short driving distances to restaurants.Great family vacation!

Thank you Susan for reviewing your stay at Land's End building 8 unit 306. We are glad you and your family enjoyed the view from the condo and felt the floors were nice. This unit is not premier, but has newer floors. We will reach out to the owner with your suggestions to update. We are pleased you enjoyed the beautiful grounds at Land's End with the board walk and the location lends to privacy in Treasure Island, but close enough to restaurants in the area. We hope you relaxed and had pool/beach time, and had a great family vacation. We are hopeful you will join us again for a future stay.

Nice unit. Recommend

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The upshot, we would rent again. The unit was as described. We liked the tile floors over carpet (they just seem cleaner). The view was nice. Nice shower in the second bedroom. Master bath was an ok tub. The following are just suggestions and/or heads up to the next renters: Would be nice to have a Keurig coffee maker. Only two 'beach chairs' that were big heavy camping chairs and one was busted. Building 8 is a little hike to the beach as you are between the two boardwalks. Furniture a little worn but ok. Linens provided but no beach towels. The pool is heated but not as warm as we would like. The unit doesn't have electronic access, just manual keys. As far as communicating with the rental company, sent them a couple of emails on non urgent items/questions and never got a response. Recommend you call them.

We are glad to hear you will rent again, we look forward to your future stay.

Great location, beautiful view of the Gulf, very nice complex

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was very nice, spacious, nice balcony overlooking the Gulf. The complex was very nice, family oriented. One negative, the city of Treasure Island needs to maintain the beach a little better. My husband actually called the city to ask when they would empty the trash cans on the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would rent this condo again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved Lands End - what a beautiful spot. It was very comfortable and so easy to get around the area. The unit was very clean and was recently updated. One of the fixtures in the bathroom had 4 burnt out bulbs but was fixed within 24 hours of the call. Neither of the blinds in the bedrooms could open/close with the wand or cord. The closet door in the 2nd bedroom kept coming off the track which we reported when we left. It would have been very helpful to have additional towels - we had 4 sets for 4 guests.

Beautiful Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a nice stay at Lands End. When we got there the AC was leaking but they came out and fixed it. It was clean but they need new bed spreads that aren't so stained looking. We also had a problem with gnats that were annoying but I know this is hard to control. The view was beautiful and the pool was nice.

Great Location!!!

Great condo, very nice place. The floors were not clean and there was no cleaning supplies to use. Glass dining table, no glass cleaner. Had to buy a sponge to do dishes, TP and paper towels, and not enough towels for the week. 4 beach chairs and only 2 we able to be used. 2 broken beach umbrellas. In my opinion, for the cost of the rental they could be a little less frugal.
