This three story townhouse has been impeccably restored creating a bright and open floorplan in the first floor living spaces while maintaining the private comfortable bedrooms upstairs.
You enter the townhouse after crossing over the private front porch, which is perfect for morning coffee or enjoying a book. The large living room contains a memory foam sleeper sofa in the seating area and also has a large smart TV. The adjoining dining room is a light filled space that is open to the luxurious gourmet, fully-stocked kitchen. The kitchen area has stone countertops and includes island seating between the kitchen and dining area. There is access to the rear patio and parking space from the kitchen door. There is also a half bath on this floor.
The second floor has three bedrooms all outfitted with extremely comfortable mattresses and bed linens, and a luxurious full bath.
The garden level is a separate unit in the same building which boasts two comfortable queen bedrooms, a full bathroom, and another fully stocked kitchen and stackable laundry. This level also includes another living space with large smart TV and sofa bed which folds down into a twin bed.

I am here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. I`m only a phone call/message away. You will be able to check yourselves in upon arrival with your own key code which works on both the front and rear door locks.

House Rules:

• Guests located within a 50-mile radius of Washington, D.C. require pre-approval before booking. Reservation made without pre-approval will be subject to cancellation per guest`s Cancellation Policy.

• Guest must complete pre-arrival ID verification including damage protection selection via our digital guest portal

• No parties, pre-games, or events. Visitors are limited to one to two close friends or family members.

• DC Noise Ordinance: Quiet hours are in effect from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM Monday to Sunday. It`s the law!

• Speakers are prohibited from being used to play loud music at any time, including outdoors.

• Shoes are not permitted inside the house.

• Indoor smoking is prohibited; a fine of $300 per night will be imposed.

• Additional overnight guests beyond the reservation will incur a fee of $30 per person per night.

• Unauthorized late checkouts past 11:00 AM will incur a fee of $100 per extra hour to cover the cost of cleaning delay.

• Any mess left behind that requires a deep cleaning will result in a fee of $200 to cover the cost of additional cleaning.
