Pool Update 2025: The pool and hot tub are open from 10:00 a.m. to 9:45 p.m, daily until September 7th.
As you walk through the door, you`ll be greeted by the impressive high ceilings and circular living room complete with a wood burning fireplace and Smart TV. The large windows provide bright natural light and the adjacent private balcony overlooks Tremblant’s Le Geant golf course.
The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, bakeware, cutlery, utensils, and a drip coffee maker - all you need is your food and spices! The kitchen and dining area seats 8, so everyone can get together on those nights when you`re not dining at one of Tremblant`s local restaurants. A BBQ and outdoor seating is available for Summer cookouts on the balcony as well!
There are 3 bedrooms in this home, 2 on the main floor and 1 upstairs. Bedroom #1 has a queen size bed and closet. Bedroom #2 has a queen over queen bunk bed and closet. Upstairs, Bedroom #3 is the master bedroom with a king size bed, TV, and closet. The living room sofa bed is double size, providing extra sleeping space for 2 guests.
This home has 2 full washrooms. On the main floor there is a shower-in-tub and upstairs there is a separate shower and standing tub in the master bedroom ensuite.
This complex has a ski-out trail to the P2 lift.
The Les Manoirs community has a shared aquatic facility including a seasonal pool and hot tub.
Tremblant Resort offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the village - no need to drive!

Mise à jour de la piscine 2025 : La piscine et le spa sont ouverts tous les jours de 10 h à 21 h 45, jusqu’au 7 septembre.
L`espace Dès que vous franchissez la porte, vous êtes accueilli par la hauteur impressionnante des plafonds et le salon circulaire équipé d`une cheminée à bois et d`une télévision intelligente. Les grandes fenêtres laissent entrer la lumière naturelle et le balcon privé adjacent donne sur le terrain de golf Le Géant de Tremblant.
La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec des ustensiles de cuisine, des ustensiles de cuisson, des couverts, des ustensiles et une cafetière goutte à goutte - tout ce dont vous avez besoin, c`est de votre nourriture et de vos épices ! La cuisine et la salle à manger peuvent accueillir 8 personnes, ce qui permet à tout le monde de se réunir les soirs où vous ne mangez pas dans l`un des restaurants locaux de Tremblant. Un barbecue et des sièges extérieurs sont également disponibles pour les soirées d`été sur le balcon!
Il y a 3 chambres dans cette maison, 2 au rez-de-chaussée et 1 à l`étage. La chambre 1 dispose d`un grand lit et d`une garde-robe. La chambre 2 est équipée d`un lit queen size superposé et d`un placard. À l`étage, la chambre 3 est la chambre principale avec un lit king size, une télévision et une armoire. Le canapé-lit du salon est de taille double, offrant un espace de couchage supplémentaire pour deux personnes.
Cette maison dispose de deux salles de bains complètes. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a une douche dans la baignoire et à l`étage, il y a une douche séparée et une baignoire sur pied dans la suite de la chambre principale.
Accès des invités Ce complexe dispose d’une piste de ski permettant d’accéder directement au télésiège P2.
La communauté Les Manoirs dispose d`une installation aquatique commune comprenant une piscine et un bain tourbillon saisonnière.
Le Centre de villégiature Tremblant offre un service de navette gratuit pour se rendre au village et en revenir - pas besoin de conduire !
CITQ# 319840 1) The occupancy of the property is restricted to the names listed. The Management Company must be notified by message of any changes to the occupancy. The number of people occupying the property shall not exceed what was entered at the time of booking. This includes all children and babies unless an exception is agreed upon with The Management Company.
2) The person booking the property must be 25 years of age or older and be always present for the duration of the rental period. This condition will be strictly enforced, failure to comply may result in immediate eviction from the property without refund.
3) The Renter agrees to leave the property and surrender the keys/parking passes upon check-out. Any items not returned will result in forfeiture of appropriate portions of the damage deposit. Replacing each fob or pass will be 100 CAD.
4) The Renter agrees to remove all garbage and recycling to the outside receptacles upon their departure, this includes all alcohol bottles. A breach of this policy will result in a forfeiture of 150 CAD retained from the damage deposit.
5) The Renter agrees to not smoke anywhere on the property. A breach of this policy will result in forfeiture of the damage deposit in full.
6) A cleaning charge is taken at the time of booking. This is to cover basic cleaning expected from usual and normal use of the property and to include all floors, bathrooms, beds, and kitchen. Any exceptional cleaning that would be considered required due to beyond normal and conscientious use of the property will be deducted from the damage deposit at an hourly rate.
7) The Management Company is not liable, nor will provide a refund, for any stoppage of electrical services caused by extreme weather or other circumstances beyond its control.
8) If property damage occurs the Management Company reserves the right to use the damage deposit at its sole discretion to compensate the owner for costs incurred to repair or replace to like kind and quality.
9) The Renter hereby agrees and acquiesces to entry by the Management Company, the local authorities or the Town’s Licensing Bylaw Officers because of noise violation, occupancy violation or any other reasonable purpose.
10) The Management Company will not be liable for any injury, illness or death of the Renter, his/her guests, visitors, or any other persons that are injured as a result of the renters occupancy or actions.
11) The Renter agrees not to sublease or assign the property without written permission from the Management Company.
12) The Renter agrees not to order any services or material on behalf of the Management Company. This will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the damage deposit.
13) The Renter agrees not to engage in any unlawful or irresponsible activities or behaviour during their rental period that may result in injury or damage to himself/herself, his/her co-renters, or any other persons on the property. Engaging in such activities could result in eviction without refund.
14) The Management Company hereby undertakes to exert their best effort to address and resolve any emergencies that occur during the rental period of the renter in a timely fashion that limits any inconvenience to the renter. If the emergency is not caused by the renter and it cannot be remedied in a timely fashion and the property cannot be used in an acceptable manner resulting in the renter vacating the property, then the Management Company agrees to refund all or part of the rental cost. Alternatively, the Management Company shall exert their best effort to provide a comparable property for use by the renter for the remaining duration of the rental period. The Management Company will not compensate the renter by paying for alternate accommodation.
15) The Renter hereby agrees to not emanate ANY noise that will disturb any neighboring people or property, at any time. The renter is accountable for any fines or levies placed on The Management Company or other, during stay, caused by excessive noise or any other prohibited act.
16) The Renter has read, acknowledged, and will abide by the below By-laws. The penalty for contravening any provision in this by-law is 650 CAD and will result in the loss of the renter’s damage deposit in its entirety. This is in addition to bearing responsibility for payment in full of any fines issued.

This was an excellent condo for our family of six. Great location, very comfortable and cozy, well equipped. Also, the communication with our host was top notch. Our questions were promptly answered and instructions for arrival and departure were clear. Would highly recommend.

Weekend get away
The condo was clean, spacious and very very accomodating for 3 friends. We always bring a "travel bin" with various utensils etc that are often missing. We never had to open it. I enjoyed the master suite - super comfortable bed, great view, jetted tub and stand up shower(great water pressure) . We walked to the village for dinner. We went in April so some paths still had some ice cover and the pool & hot were no open yet. I would gladly stay again.
