The Ballhooter exit is very close and the building offers private ski lockers for rent in this entryway to make storage easy.

• 2 Kitchens: Both kitchens are new for 2025 - fully upgraded with new appliances, and well-stocked with new dinnerware, cookware, and more.

• 24-hour front desk staff and on-site maintenance, providing peace of mind throughout your stay.
• Mountain Lodge does not have central air-conditioning, but owner provides an air-conditioning window unit in the living room plus ceiling fans in large bedrooms for summer comfort. Thanks to Snowshoe's 4,800-foot elevation, summer temperatures rarely climb above 75°F, making it one of West Virginia's most comfortable mountain escapes.
• Mountain Lodge is one of the original buildings in Snowshoe, which means we have the best location, but our common space areas (outside our unit) are a bit dated currently but slated for an interior renovation in the summer of 2025- stay tuned!
