The Space:

The Cin Cin Inn is a mid century modern time capsule, professionally designed to exemplify vintage luxury. Less than 15 minutes away from top attractions like Red Rocks, LoHi, Ball Arena and more, this home is ideal for exploring everything Denver has to offer!



After a busy day, enjoy a soak in the jacuzzi, a chat by the fire, or some friendly competition in the game room, then retreat to your uniquely styled bedroom. With space for 19 guests, this is the perfect place to host your family or large group!



Bedrooms:

Each of the SIX(!) bedrooms in this home was carefully designed to convey its own unique vibe and energy. The massive primary bedroom is perfect for a group of kids or teens to pile into, or if Mom and Dad want to treat themselves, consider pushing both beds together for an indulgent King-sized experience. The yellow bedroom next door is energetic, visually loud, and perfect for the flower child in your group. Looking for a more low-key home base? Try the maroon room on the lower level, with vibes so cool it would make James Dean feel like a square.



Bathrooms:

You might know about Jack and Jill vanities, but I bet you’ve never seen a Jack and Jill shower! This unique amenity in the primary suite bathroom is a great way to relax and clean off after a long day of hiking or jamming out at Red Rocks. Also, the primary bathroom and second full-bathroom on the main level both benefit from stunning skylights! If your Jack and Jill shower wasn’t already cool enough, now imagine looking up at the beautiful night sky while you rinse off. On the lower level, a beautiful, third full bathroom ensures that no one in your group will ever need to wait in line, no matter how many friends you bring with you.



Kitchen:

There are two kinds of people when it comes to cooking — people who love pouring a few glasses of wine and working together, and people who throw on their noise canceling headphones and absolutely lock "TF" in. Thankfully, this kitchen is big and well equipped enough for either sort! Even the most discerning chefs will be impressed by the variety of tools at their disposal, including brand new Caraway pots and pans, a Kitchen-Aid mixer, and so much more; not to mention near-unlimited counter space, so everyone has room to let their inner Gordon Ramsey shine!

I am available 24/7 to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, please get in touch with me via the app or by giving me a call! I'm happy to arrange activities, reservations, or anything else that you might want to experience on your trip. My number one priority is making sure you have the best time possible while staying in my home. Also, both early check in and late checkout are available available upon request! Guest Access:

The entire inside of the home is at your disposal! Please feel free to spread out and enjoy over 3000 square feet of living space during your stay. The closet in the hall by the kitchen is filled with extra linens, bedding, cleaning supplies and paper goods for your convenience during your stay.



The garage and the shed in the backyard are both used as owner’s closets.



Other Things to Note:

This home is family friendly! Please find amenities including a pack-n-play, a noise machine, and child-safe cutlery included at no additional charge for your convenience.



Being in Colorado, of course the home is pet-friendly as well! Please be aware that the yard is not 100% fenced in, so it is highly recommended that you not let you pet off-leash outside during your stay. Speaking of your furry friend, sometimes accidents happen, so please be aware of the assortment of cleaning supplies available for your use under the sink.
