• Urban Location: We are located right off the SR-51 Highway. While this offers unbeatable travel convenience (10 mins to the airport!), you may hear city/traffic sounds. Light sleepers should bring earplugs.
• Shared Property: This is the main house (Unit A) of a triplex. You have a private entrance and yard, but you share one wall with a 2-story apartment. You may occasionally hear neighbors.
• Desert Parking: Our off-street parking is a natural gravel surface (common in Arizona). It is not paved, but a clean paver path leads you from your car to the door.
Guest Access:
• Entry: 100% contactless self-check-in via a secure keypad. Your unique door code will be sent prior to arrival.
• Parking: Free off-street parking is available on the gravel driveway directly to the left of the blue front door. Please follow the paver stone path from the driveway to your entrance to keep your shoes (and the house) clean.

We are situated in a residential area that bridges the gap between the historic charm of Country Club Park and the culinary hotspot of 16th Street. You are minutes away from Steele Indian School Park (great for walks) and the trendy restaurants and coffee shops along 7th Street.
Getting Around:
This location is a commuter’s dream.
• Highway Access: Immediate access to the SR-51 (Piestewa Freeway).
• Airport: ~10-12 minute drive to Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport.
• Downtown: ~10 minute drive to Downtown Phoenix (Chase Field, Footprint Center).
• Scottsdale: ~15-20 minute drive to Old Town Scottsdale.
• Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are readily available and typically arrive within 5-8 minutes.
