The charming lake house is the perfect place for you and your friends to relax and take in all of the serene beauty of High Rock Lake. Enjoy your casual lake living by spending your time fishing, swimming, tubing, kayaking or boating while taking in the areas amazing wildlife. You can even bring your own boat, use our neighbor boat ramp while enjoying the use of our dock. At the end of the day, start the charcoal grill (charcoal not provided), enjoy dinner and drinks with a beautiful sunset. Although you are in an established lake neighborhood, when you turn into our place you leave the hustle and bustle of the busy world behind and enjoy the peace and quiet of the great outdoors. Our private fenced in backyard is perfect for a small to medium sized dog.

The house consists of a master bedroom (King bed) with an attached full bathroom, a kitchen, dining area with a beautiful stone fireplace and a great room with a large sectional L-shaped couch on the bottom floor. On the second floor, there is one large bedroom (Queen and Twin) with a sliding glass door where you can walk out onto the upper deck. The sliding glass door has black out curtains to keep out the light and heat on warm days. There is also a spacious loft used as a bedroom (Queen and Twin). Another full bathroom and laundry room are also located upstairs. This spacious retreat would be great for one or two families with about 1600 sq. ft. of livable space.

The glass doors from the great room leads onto a covered patio where you can sit and enjoy the view of the lake while sipping on your morning coffee or enjoying your breakfast. We have a Keurig and coffee pot. If you’d like, you can walk down closer to the water and enjoy the views from the gazebo, the stone patio or the dock. The stone patio is a popular place on those colder days because of the fire pit. Bring your own firewood for a fire and roast some hot dogs or make s'mores with the use of our skewers. On warmer days the canopy of trees provides shade on the patio that makes it great for picnicking. In the summer we grow lots mint next to our gate so feel free to bring ingredients to make mojitos or add some to your iced tea or favorite recipe.
