Beautiful DC RowHouse in a quiet&safe neighborhood

Live like a Washingtonian in our classic DC row home just 2-mile north of the Capitol. Our three-story urban row home is updated with modern touches. Located minutes away from all the attractions while also enjoying a unique DC neighborhood experience. Private backyard. 10 mins walk to two Metro stations, CVS, Harris Teeter , Giant, trendy Restaurants/Bars/Shops. Fast internet, Coffee, Tea, Bottle water, Tissue, bath towels, Shampoo, conditioner, body wash & lotions for you to use.
I usually respond instantly. The amenities are for your use. The whole house has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. We can help and manage airport take and pick-up services upon request. We do not allow parties or large gathering of guests outside at our house. Violators will be fined $5,000 per occurrence.
The house is open-concept with modern bamboo flooring and updated kitchen with new cabinets, granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances (including great high-end gas stove for cooking). The first floor is a perfect entertainment space for family and friends with easy flow from living room, to kitchen and breakfast bar, back to dining area. Also enjoy a front porch and back patio space for entertaining and grilling - perfect all-year round. Early check in and late check out available for hourly charge. Back yard shared, Basement is not part of any reservations.

Great place

We had a great time at Jacob's place. The house was clean and easily accommodated 5 adults and 4 children. Having a designated parking place was a plus. Jacob regularly checked in with us with events in the area and was responsive to all our needs. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great stay in DC

We enjoyed a comfortable quiet stay in DC for a long weekend. This adorable house appeared to be newly renovated and the decor was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you might need. We used Uber and getting around town was seamless. The host was very accessible and answered questions quickly. I would absolutely stay here again on my next trip to DC.

Beautiful neighborhood rental

Had a fantastic time renting this property. Presents exactly as it does online. Spacious, beautiful finishing touches and parking in the back of the home. Perfect for a family that needs multiple rooms.

Loved the home, location and great hospitality

The house... is home away from home. It's spacious, colorful and updated. You can tell love is constantly put into the house. Our group of 4 millenials totally enjoyed everything including the location to everything. Thank you Jacob for your hospitality - local restaurant and transportation information and periodic check ins. All appreciated.

Great experience

I went with my daughters 5th grade class, some parents and teachers. We had a great experience and Jacob was VERY communicative. The property is exactly as shown in pictures and we had everything we needed on site. Thank you Jacob!

Beautiful house, great location

The house is very nice inside. in the rooms there are towels, maps, coupons , bottle waters places on the bed side tables. It is close to public transportations; bike shares and bus stops just in front of the house, metro two blocks away. but you can easily uber lyft or use Via ride shares everywhere in DC just around $4 - $8. we had a great stay and Jacob is very responsive and helpful.

Awesome experience

Great experience. Jacob was extremely helpful. The beds were ultra comfortable, and the place was very clean. Lots of little extras, like bottled water, coupons, box of tissues next to the bed were pulled out to form a bow. Surprises like those made for a Wonderfull stay. This is one of the best Airbnb experiences I have ever had since last year.

A nice place to stay

Jacob was extremely communicative before, during and after our stay. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. He made sure clean towels and water were available daily. I realized that he just wants to be ready for help any time and hopes the guests to feel comfortable like at home. Our group was very pleased!!! I would recommend Jacob as a host to any friends or colleague.

Great location, clean house, great host

I had a 3-day weekend visit to Washington DC and ended up living in Jacob's places after researching options for couple hours. The descriptions are accurate. The house is in quite area but within 5 mins walking distance to restaurants, bars and coffee shops. The Union Station and Congress building is 2 miles away so I just walked. Most tour sites are within Uber distance of ~$10. There is a middle school right in front of the house so it is pretty safe. The house was clean, furnished and charming. I lived in the 2nd floor. There is a big screen TV with Netflex available. Kitchen is nice. There is a front yard and back yard. I parked for free in the street because it was a weekend, but Jacob said I can also park in the backyard.

Washington stay

Close to downtown, quite neighborhood and Jacob answered all the questions we had. It's a quick uber ride to downtown DC or a 15 walk to the station.

Affordable in the heart of DC

The property was nice and the location to DC was excellent. However, there are some deficiencies. The bedrooms are small, and outlets are very limited. Windows in one room would not close tight so did not try to force them. The shower in the main bedroom was extremely small, hardly enough room to even turnaround. Kitchen was well stocked, and appliances are new. The internet was fast, and TV was new, still had the plastic on it. The couches were terrible and never meant to be sat on. That left no seating in the main room for anything. Dining table was fine and had 6 chairs which provided the only seating in the main room. The property manager was extremely nice and always available. He provided dining options and helped with the limited parking. Jacob was the most responsive manager that I have worked with on VRBO. Thanks, Jacob, for all your help. The property was everything you could provide based on what was available.

Very clean and quiet

Very clean property and quiet neighborhood (said there was a neighborhood quiet hour after 10:00 PM). We appreciated the no shoes rule. Also the owner showed us the private parking in the back that was more secure which was nice. Comfortable beds. The only thing I would wish to be different would be more comfortable couches in the living room.

Great Washington Trip

The accommodations are very nice. The property is convenient to the Capitol, White House, and other attractions. Even with four to six of us transportation was affordable using LYFT and UBER. Because of our age we could not do a lot of walking so we did not try to use the Metro, but saved our walking for the attractions. Very comfortable beds. Jacob was very accommodating.

Jacob was amazingly responsive, answered any questions about the space within minutes, felt fully confident he would manage any issues (there weren't any!) House was fresh, tidy and comfortable ( before I read people say there is a mothball smell . but I and our group did not smell it, the house smells just as our own house, fresh and very homey)- we had a lovely time! Would return if in DC agiain-

In DC, I strongly recommend you to use / request ride share car services like Uber, Lyft or Via, they are cheap in DC area, anywhere in DC around $2 to $8 in normally ( they are just like a taxi, you just download the app on your phone).
