Whether you're settling in for a movie night or catching up on your favorite shows, this living space offers comfort and style.

First Floor: The first floor offers two luxurious bedrooms, each featuring a king-size bed for a restful night's sleep. Both bedrooms have private bathrooms, their own private balconies, and a 43" Smart TV for additional entertainment. The perfect retreat after a day of adventures, these rooms ensure comfort and privacy.

Outside on the first floor, a large deck extends the living space into the fresh air. Here, you'll find a cozy seating area centered around a gas fireplace, making it an ideal spot to relax and enjoy the outdoors. The deck also features a 75" Smart TV for outdoor entertainment. For dining al fresco, a table with seating for 8 provides ample space for meals, while a gas grill and a gas-fired pizza oven are perfect for cooking up delicious meals with a fun twist.

Second Floor: As you make your way upstairs, you're greeted by two state-of-the-art massage chairs, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. The second floor also offers a fun and functional bunk room, featuring 6 full-size beds—ideal for kids or a group of friends—and a 43" Smart TV for entertainment. A full-size bathroom with a tub and shower completes this floor.

You’ll also find two more king-size bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, private balcony, and a 43" Smart TV for added comfort and relaxation.

Third Floor: The third floor is a standout feature of the home, offering a large, open game room designed for fun and relaxation. This entertainment haven includes a pool table, shuffleboard, air hockey, and foosball—there’s something for everyone. For nostalgic fun, enjoy classic arcade games like X-Men and Ms. Pac Man (multi-cade) video game machines. You can even challenge friends to a competitive round of basketball on the pop-a-shot game.

The game room also features an inviting seating area with a couch and chairs, as well as an island with a sink, mini-fridge, ice maker, and wine refrigerator. Four barstools line the counter, making it a great spot to grab a drink or snack. Two Smart TVs (86" and 55") ensure that you won’t miss any action, whether you’re watching the game or playing video games. Through the game room you will find an outdoor deck with two seating areas and breathtaking views of the rolling hills, trees, and stunning sunsets!

Completing the third floor are two more king-size bedrooms, each offering a 43" Smart TV, private bathrooms, and private balconies to enjoy the views and peaceful surroundings.

Outdoor Space: The outdoor space features a 7-person hot tub, perfect for unwinding after a day of fun, and a fire pit surrounded by 6 Adirondack chairs for cozy nights under the stars. For those who enjoy a bit of friendly competition, the property offers a pickleball court complete with a basketball goal for added versatility.

Additionally, the private pool awaits, offering the perfect place to cool off during the warmer months. (Heating is available upon request for an additional fee of $350 per day with 2 day minimum and $200 par day after that.)
