Please be advised that, in accordance with our payment policy, an initial payment equal to 50% of the total reservation amount is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance of 50% shall be payable within 30 calendar days from the date of booking.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, in instances where the check-in date occurs within the same calendar month as the booking confirmation, the total reservation amount shall be due and payable in full at the time of booking.

To be eligible for a full refund, any reservation cancellation must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled check-in date shall be subject to a 50% refund of the total reservation amount paid.

No-shows and cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the check-in date shall not be eligible for any refund.

When applicable, refunds shall be processed on the originally scheduled check-in date and will incur a 4.5% transaction fee.

If you need to, please request Pack & Play one day before your arrival.

There is one parking space in the driveway. Additionally, there is space for up to three cars in a parking lot just 250 feet from the house.

For the best convenience of our guests, we provide basic supplies such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, and essential kitchen items like salt, sugar, and pepper for the first days of the stay.

- Pool heating: Enjoy the perfect pool and hot tub temperature for just US$30 per day. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can have it ready for your arrival.

Please note: Pool maintenance is conducted every Wednesday from 11:00 PM to 4:00 PM. During this time, the pool will be unavailable and may be used three hours after completion. This ensures the safety and well-being of all guests.

These cameras are positioned solely for security purposes and do not face any private areas of the home, ensuring your privacy throughout your stay.
