IS THE AREA SAFE?
▹▹▹ Absolutely. The house is in a quiet, peaceful residential neighborhood where people look out for one another. Also the home is completely fenced and gated, so our guests have always felt secure. Plus, with shops and beaches just a short drive away, you get the perfect balance of convenience and tranquility.

IS THE HOUSE EQUIPPED FOR BUSINESS TRAVELERS?
▹▹▹ Sure do! We’ve got high-speed WiFi. You can also set up your laptop on one of the many tables or bar counter.

A short drive to the ocean, and close to stunning beaches, and everything you need, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and charm. - The dog cannot be left home alone at any time, as we have found from experience that pets alone can bark nonstop as well as cause damage to the house.
- please pay a Pet Fee of $100, thanks.

BY BOOKING THIS HOME, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING HOUSE RULES:

No smoking indoors.
No non-paying guests over.
No big/commercial events or gatherings without prior approval.
This is a nice, residential neighborhood - please respect the Quiet Hours of 9pm - 8am.

- If you need an EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT please let us know at least 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE and we will try to accommodate you -- please note that it is NOT GUARANTEED THOUGH, and it depends on our cleaners and our booking schedule. If we are able to change things around to accommodate your request, please note that there will be a convenience charge of $20 per hour that that we are able to give early / late. We will request this via airbnb request.

ALSO REGARDING PETS --

We are pet-friendly, but only under the following conditions:

- Only 1 well-behaved dog under 60lbs.
- The dog cannot be left home alone at any time, as we have found from experience that pets alone can bark nonstop as well as cause damage to the house.

Also, please note ~ this house is on a pressurized WELL system. Which means you have awesome quality water, but you will generally have to wait 20 minutes after taking a shower before the next person can take a shower, as the well needs some time to re-pressurize. Mahalo for your patience!
