1697 The Bluffs is located in building 4 of Bluff Villas. Guests initially enter 1697 The Bluffs by walking up the staircase for Building 4 of Bluff Villas to the third floor. (Note: there are no elevators in this complex.) Once you enter your code within the electronic door lock on the front door of unit 1697, you will enter the villa's dining area and living room. You can access the kitchen and the hallway to the primary suite, guest bedroom and hallway bathroom from the living room. You may access the covered deck from the living room.



NO SMOKING. NO PETS. Tenant must be 25 years old. Reservations made for younger individuals will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the home at ALL times. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. Sea Pines is a private gated community with very specific rules and regulations. A few of the restrictions are listed below but please access seapinesliving . com to read and download the complete listing. Motorcyles, motorhomes, recreational vehicles, trailers, golf carts, are not permitted in Sea Pines. Any nonconforming vehicle will be turned away by Sea Pines security. No weddings or events can be held on rental property premises.



Due to limited parking availability at the Sea Pines Beach Club, the complimentary Sea Pines Trolley is available to take rental guests between designated stops and the Sea Pines Beach Club continuously during the hours of 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Between early March and Labor Day, rental guests will not be able to park at the Sea Pines Beach Club or Plantation Club overflow lot.
