All linens (pool/bath towels, all bedding) and essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, dish/laundry detergent, trash bags) are provided making your getaway as carefree and comfortable as possible for you while at Splash at the Slopes.

RELEASE OF LIABILITY
When staying at Splash at the Slopes, it is understood that there are risks involved with the swimming pool, hot tub, and general property surroundings. Guests are permitted to use facilities for their private enjoyment but release the owners from any and all liability for loss damage, illness, injury, or expense that may be suffered during your stay. BY BOOKING THIS PROPERTY, GUESTS ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

Security Cameras: There are security cameras monitoring the OUTSIDE of the property. The front door is armed with a video doorbell, and there are cameras on each side of our back deck, so that we can see all entrances to the property. There are NO cameras inside. Please know these cameras are placed to ensure your safety while at our home as well as to protect our property,

Welcome to Massanutten! This home is in a private neighborhood and is part of the Massanutten Property Owners Association (MPOA), governed by its rules and regulations. There are rental homes in all MPOA neighborhoods, but people also live here. Your nearby neighbors may be full-time residents, including families with children, retirees, second-home owners, and other guests enjoying their retreat.

Noise
Quiet hours: 10:00pm-7:00am
Keep noise indoors during these hours. No excessive noise at any time, as judged by MPOA or its assigned agents.

Parking
Keep all tires off the road.
Don't block fire hydrants or park in front of another property without written approval from your host.
Park only in designated areas or overflow lot (4007 Peak Dr., Massanutten, VA)
No buses, campers, or RVs to be parked at homes or on roads. Overflow lot is available with written approval from your host.

Outdoor Fires
High wildfire risk area!
No open fires.
No unattended fires.
No firepit use during quiet hours (10:00pm-7:00am)
Firepits and grills may be restricted during local emergency conditions, check Massanutten Village website or electronic sign at entrance for updates.

Alcohol
No open containers on roads or in common areas.

Trash
Do not place garbage/trash outside, including decks. Trash attracts wildlife, which could endanger you and damage the property. Dumpsters are located at 4007 Peak Drive, Massanutten, VA.
