Modern Spacious House located 5 minutes from the beach

Modern Spacious house with three bedrooms three baths. This unique property is like no other in the Hamptons.
The pictures do not compare to the personal experience you will have when you are inside. Many guests have booked this property and everyone agreed that this house is very special.
The house is cozy and inviting yet stylish and chic with a back patio complete with stylish chaise lounges patio furniture and high end barbecue all giving on to peaceful pond.
We supply only one tank of propane gas for the outside grill per customer.
Upper deck complete with a butlers fridge more chaise lounges and an outside shower.
Pool opens May 2023.
You will love this house as many others did before you.
No Pets allowed!
The property is not child friendly and children ten years an under are not allowed!
We do accept infants such as babies who are in cradles.
There are two surveillance cameras outside only for liability and safety.
One is located right of the front door.
One is located behind the garbage cans by the window of our office which is closed to guests. There are absolutely no cameras inside the house nor by the back patio or the upper deck.

Such and amazing stay

Maximilian was amazing and such a great help with making sure the stay went smoothly and that we had everything we needed to ensure a seemless and comfortable stay. I would 100% book again!

Great house!

What a great house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Max took great care of our every need. Great location. The roof deck & pool as well, as the backyard, are beautiful locations for hanging out.

Beautiful and comprehensive stay

Beautiful property right in the heart of water mill. Contact with the host and Maximilian was wonderful. They provided great information about the area and had great resources in the listing as well. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent stay

We enjoyed our Labor Day weekend stay, relaxing on the lovely pool deck on the roof. The house’s high ceilings and large windows fill the space with light and a picturesque view of the wetlands behind the property. Three full bathrooms with showers were very convenient as is the house’s proximity to great restaurants and beaches in town!

Great Hampton's House

Modern, well appointed space that will provide a great home base for your time in the Hamptons. Rooftop pool is even better than expected, with ample space to entertain and great views of the picturesque stream that runs behind the property. Maximillian is a great host and very eager to make your stay great!

Wonderful Time In Old Mill

My group had a great time at Patti's home for a long weekend. The property matched the pictures and description and was a short distance from all the restaurants, vineyards, and entertainment that we needed. We'd definitely come back to this property and enjoy the upstairs pool in the heat of the Summer.

Amazing Experience in the South Fork

During our weekend getaway, Maximilian went above and beyond to ensure we had an amazing experience. He offered an extensive list of top-notch restaurants, wineries, and beaches in the vicinity. Both Patti and Maximilian promptly addressed our needs and were incredibly accommodating. The check-in instructions provided were thorough and useful. The house was impeccably clean, fully stocked, and situated in an ideal location. All in all, it's a stunning property, and we wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

The location is lovely and the host is very responsive and seemed eager to make our stay a good one, however, the photos of the home make it appear pristine but unfortunately that is not the case. The interior of the home could use a refresh. Several kitchen accessories, garbage cans and makeup mirror all have rust. Home is cluttered and shabby throughout. Furniture is worn. The kitchen has barely any storage so the countertops are filled with accessories. If the home had a good refresh it would be a great property.

A Dream Gataway!

If you are looking for quiet and secluded rest and relaxation, this is the home for you. We loved waking to the sounds of the birds and the gorgeous view of the trees over the small pond. The location is great because you are a quick drive to Southampton Village or Bridgehampton center. The grocery stores and restaurants are within a 7-10min drive and so are the farm stands! We were treated like royalty by the most amazing host, Max! He was always professional, addressed all of our needs, and was very gracious. Max was a pleasure to meet. We highly suggest booking this house.

Relaxed weekend stay in the Hamptons

What a wonderful home and host! It was a perfect getaway for our family, nestled in this contemporary, comfortable home, will all the amenities. Maximllian was most considerate and gave us so many useful tips to enjoy the area. He is a delightful, ebullient soul who cares for the needs of the guests and is very responsive to requests. We will definitely come back and learn more from him. He is also a chef so would love to taste his culinary delights! The home is a mini Art museum and wish we had spent more time enjoying the artwork all over.

Great weekend

We were in town for a triathlon and this home was in a great location to get to Sag Harbour and explore downtown Southhampton. The house was very clean and had every amenity you would need in a stay. Maximillian, the property manager, was very accommodating and communicated with us throughout the booking process, check-in, during the stay, and check out to make sure we did not have any issues or lingering questions about the property. The second-story pool was a great location for us to get everyone together and hang out with a great view over the backyard and pond below. All the rooms were very comfortable and if we didn't have to get up at 4am for the race, we would have slept like babies! Thank you Maximillian and Patti!

Relaxing stay on a beautiful property, very conveniently located

My boyfriend and I rented the property for a month in summer 2021. The house is very well-stocked (kitchenware, Sonos speakers throughout, plentiful linens, beach towels, beach chairs, etc.) and looks exactly as pictured. We loved the big tree and pond in the yard, such a beautiful sight to wake up to every day. The house is walking distance to Soul Cycle, Provisions Health Food Market, Kissaki, the Watermill Liquor store, which made it very convenient. Also very close drive to Bridgehampton and Southampton. The house manager Maximilian was gracious and highly attentive to all of our needs and certainly went above and beyond his duties (he even made us delicious cheesecakes!). We enjoyed our stay immensely and would love to stay at Patti’s house again in the future. Perfect house for a couple or two couples, or a small group of friends and couldn’t recommend it enough.

What a home and host!!

The property had all amenities as listed, was incredibly clean (as someone who is very particular about cleanliness, this was great) and the decor was even more beautiful in person! The beds were very comfortable and the outdoor living spaces made our vacation even better than we could have imagined. The icing on the cake of this fantastic rental experience was the host, Maximilian. He was simply divine. Maximilian went above and beyond in so many ways to ensure we felt comfortable both in the home and in the town. He was available around the clock for any questions or assistance, and set the bar unbeatably high for a property rental experience. Would absolutely rent this property again!

To the Max

Maximilian is the best. He was very thorough in the walk through of the property and explaining the attractions in the neighborhood. He is the biggest piece of this puzzle and can’t thank him enough for his attention to details. Looking forward to staying again in the near future. Thank you Max.

Special New Year's Eve

We stayed for several nights over New Year's Eve with our family and could not have had a more special time. The house was perfect for having the whole family together in a big open room, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and everything in the house is modern and exceptionally clean. Its in a peaceful location, great for walks and also very convenient. The best part of the house is Max, who could not have been more helpful in answering questions about the area and logistics but also is such a warm and wonderful person. He even surprised us with a beautiful platter of homemade desserts on NYE. He really added to the festive atmosphere of our stay!

We loved it! best vacation ever

We had a wonderful stay in this wonderful home! The home and location were ideal. The pool/deck were perfect off the second floor, could not have asked for a better set up. We had coffee every morning out back looking at the pond. The home was in great condition and very clean, well supplied – towels, etc. Maximillian went above and beyond to ensure that everything was comfortable and he made himself accessible if we needed anything, very much appreciated. In addition, he cooked up a most delicious meal for us on our last evening, a seafood feast that we enjoyed very much. Highly recommend and we would return!
