We're just minutes from major freeways (10, 60, and 710), so whether you’re heading to Downtown Los Angeles, Pasadena, Hollywood, or even Disneyland, you’ll get there with ease. You can explore world-class attractions like Universal Studios (16.9 mi), Griffith Park (12.7 mi), The Broad (9.1 mi), or the Huntington Library & Botanical Gardens (5.3 mi)—then come home to a quiet, relaxing space.

Our property offers the perfect mix of comfort, location, and value—all set in a beautifully remodeled home designed for relaxation after a busy day of exploring Los Angeles. This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was fully renovated in 2022 and features a stylish, modern interior with comfortable furnishings and plenty of space for families, friends, or business travelers.

Guests enjoy private access to the entire main house (Unit A), including a fully equipped kitchen, cozy living areas, and all the amenities needed for a short or extended stay. While there is another guest unit on the lot, each space has its own separate entrance, and the only shared area is the coin-operated laundry space outside—so your privacy is assured.

What makes our home truly special is its location. Situated between LA and Orange County, it’s a rare find for travelers looking to explore both regions. Within walking distance, you’ll discover local supermarkets, bubble tea shops, bakeries, and top-rated restaurants.
