This spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhome comfortably sleeps 8 guests with a variety of bedding options: 2 queen beds, 2 twin beds, and a queen sleeper sofa. Located just 3 miles from Breckenridge's Main Street and on the free bus route, this rental offers easy access to shopping, dining, and world-class skiing, making it the perfect base for your mountain getaway.

Spread across three levels, the home provides ample space to relax and enjoy the stunning views of the Ten Mile Range. Upon entering, you'll find the kitchen and dining area, stocked with all the essentials for preparing meals away from home. The breakfast bar in the kitchen seats 3 for casual dining, while the adjacent dining area accommodates 6 guests for more formal meals.

The inviting living room offers plenty of seating and includes a queen sleeper sofa, a cozy fireplace, and a TV. Step out onto the private, covered balcony to enjoy outdoor seating and fresh mountain air. The first floor also features an in-unit washer and dryer and a convenient guest bathroom.

The second floor is dedicated to relaxation, with a dry sauna for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The first guest bedroom on this level includes a queen bed, while the primary bedroom at the end of the hall offers a queen bed and an en suite bathroom. A second guest bathroom is also located in the hallway.

The final guest bedroom, on the third floor, offers two twin beds, ideal for kids or extra guests. Whether you're here to ski, hike, or simply enjoy the breathtaking scenery, this townhome provides everything you need for a comfortable and memorable stay!

Because of the location of this property, a vehicle with 4WD is highly recommended for the Winter season.

Okay for a short stay

The property was adequate for what we needed, but definitely no frills. The property is somewhat outdated, and the kitchen ceiling was half missing. Enough sleeping room for our family of 6, but not a lot of “living” area.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company.

VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS
Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays. Our staff services vacation rentals across several square miles, unlike a hotel that manages a single building. We have to strike a balance between cost and service, and have found that our current system has struck this balance. Our hope is that our guests understand the difference between booking a hotel and a vacation rental. Together we can provide affordable vacation rentals and happy stays for everyone!
