This 3 bedroom, two bath beach house in the Village at Nags Head offers comfortable "loungy" furniture, a warm island-inspired decor, and close proximity to the Tanger Outlet shopping, famous restaurants, and fun family activities.

The creative design of 'Sandy Tee' offers a spacious master bedroom and bath on its own level with an inviting deck… perfect for finishing that book you brought with you or taking an afternoon break. The mini-bar allows you to wake up to freshly brewed coffee or enjoy a cool beverage… all without leaving your private master bedroom suite! Enjoy the wall mounted Sony flat screen TV with Blu-ray player and DVD player in the living area!

Guests love the fun games for the kids, both young and otherwise! Guests tell us it's one of the nicest vacation homes they've stayed in, with some visiting the Outer Banks for many years!

Walk to nearby retail shops, the grocery store, and popular dining establishments. Spend the day at the Village Beach Club for lunch, pickleball, and energizing walks on the beach! In just 2 minutes, you can be shopping at the Nags Head Outlet Mall to find that perfect gift. Make a day trip to several nearby lighthouses, the Wright Brother's Memorial or the two sound-side piers, located right in the neighborhood. This home allows short stays (3 night minimum).

Don't forget to bring your camera to capture the fun and new memories… all waiting for you at Sandy Tee! Our goal is for you to enjoy a wonderful vacation as you experience the sights, sounds, and attractions of North Carolina's Outer Banks.

PLEASE NOTE: Parking at the Village Beach Club requires a pass, costing $25 per car per day. Membership questions can be answered and passes obtained by checking in with Village Beach Club staff.

Home was even better than the photos on the listing. Loved that we were provided pool/beach club access for renting the property as well. Not near the water, but tucked into a very nice golf neighborhood if you are looking for an affordable rental in a central location. Had everything we needed if or our stay (me and my senior parents).

Loved the Village Beach Club

This property was nice, clean, not super clean, but decent. Could use a few updates. The back “yard” was a swamp! There were tiny frogs inside and outside the property.

Start of our 2 month trip down the East coast

Very nice location! Home is beautiful and very comfortable. It has everything you could possibly need to cook meals. Grocery store within walking distance. Fresh seafood markets nearby. However, you will need all your own condiments, paper towels, toiletries and dishwasher tabs. They only provide 1 roll each of paper towels, dishwasher packet and toilet paper per bathroom. No shampoo. Otherwise, we had a wonderful stay!

House needs updating

This home is in a great neighborhood and location but needs quite a bit of work and updating. Nags Head was great and this was our first family trip there. The house was easy to access with the key code. The Tri level home is dated inside. The king bed on the first floor is extremely squeaky to the point where one move makes significant noise. The two twin beds are squeaky as well, but the third bedrooms is OK. The Wi-Fi and cable tv didn’t work half the time and when service came the modem and unit was severely out of date per the technician. A blind was broken on the mail level and a chair was broken on the back deck. This unit still has a vcr in it. The furniture holding the games in the main room was broken as well. I informed Village realty and asked for compensation and was never contacted. We can travel quite frequently and find better conditions in the houses and condos we stay in. We still made the best of it and enjoyed Nags Head. If you are looking for a rental I would look at other options.

OBX never disappoint

We really enjoyed our vacation. So much to do in OBX and the weather was surprisingly cooperating despite the storm. We stayed in this neighborhood few times in the past not in the same house though. The house was clean and well stocked, sheets and towels were clean and in good condition even though we always bring our own sheets just in case. The reason for 3 star overall rating is a urine smell in one of the bedrooms and kitchen.

September 2018 Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Sandy Tee. The house is comfortable and for the most part well laid out. I liked having the keyless code entry but since the door is near the master bedroom you wake up due to the tones every time someone leaves or enters. The house smelled a little musty but I think that is common with beach rentals. The location is very convenient with plenty to do nearby and places to eat. Food Lion and Duck Donuts are within an easy walking distance. I echo another reviewer in that it would have been helpful for the unit or Village Reality via there app or website (which otherwise was great) to have listed the pool hours since it was a matter of trial and error. There are parking lots near the beach so it is not too far to haul things. Unfortunately the outside shower only had hot water and the spigot didn’t work so it was difficult to wipe the sand off prior to entering. Compared to other rentals I was pleasantly surprised by how well the kitchen was stocked with utensils, pans, glasses etc.

Central to everything

Our family had a nice stay in this home. 4 adults and 2 kids had room to play and space to get out of each other's hair. Beach and pool do need to be driven to, not walkable. Very nice neighborhood to walk in the evening. Pier to fish and crab off of too. Could go to grocery store and shopping center by walking. Do NOT miss Duck Donuts. We did day trips almost every day and the location was perfect for exploring the Outer Banks. There are a lot of frogs. Bring salt and pepper. Mattresses on the firm side. We got to show the kids a VHS tape. The looks were priceless. We would recommend this home. Thank you.

Awesome house in a perfect location!

My husband and I stayed in this rental for 3 months. The house was extremely close to the hospital I was working at during our stay. The kitchen had everything we needed to prep and store meals. The internet and TVs were an added bonus, a TV in 2 bedrooms and in the living room. The master bedroom had a master bath and there was another full bath on the second level. The deck off the living room was so nice and the furniture out there was perfect. The entire house was easy to stay in and felt cozy. My Husband and I would definitely recommend this property and would absolutely stay again!

One of the best vacation we have ever had so nice we want to do it again!

Great location for us, nearby fishing spots, shopping centers, grocery stores, and our favorite thrift stores, not to mention shuttle to beach and the golf course. Great place!

An excellent value. The place includes access to the Village Beach Club, which is just a 5 minute drive away. The beach club has a snack bar, bar, pool, changing rooms, and, of course, access to the beach, making it easy to head to the beach in the morning for the day. There is also a shopping mall with a Food Lion and other stores right around the corner, which makes grocery shopping and running other errands extremely easy. The only hiccup was when the Central Air-conditioning conked out mid-week. However, Village Reality sent someone over within a couple of hours to install window units in the bedrooms and common area, which kept it cool. They also had repairmen the next morning to put in a new Central Air unit, which was up and running by noon the next day. Would definitely recommend this place.

Wonderful stay!

We had a great time! The home is very well kept and close to the beach, sound, and lots of fun things to see and do. Being next to the grocery store was an added plus when we forgot something. Maintenance was very quick to respond and resolve the minor issues we had. and the staff of Village Realty were always very friendly and helpful. We would definitely consider staying here again. Only concern I would have is the upstairs kitchen. It got quite warm cooking and it is only spring. I can only imagine how hot it would be in the middle of summer. Just be prepared for the stairs. We didn't realize this was a split level with the kitchen upstairs. Bottom floor has Master then next level is 2 bedrooms, bathroom and laundry, then upstairs is living room, kitchen and dining area. Kitchen is very well stocked with everything you could need to cook with.

We have enjoyed our stay at the Sand Tee. We have a few minor suggestions. We would have liked to have had a guest info like where the pool is (hours) instead of having to call and figure it out. The website and app are great but couldnt find it there either. There are little notes all over the house, a dozen magnets on the fridge, nothing telling us where the pool was. The hours for the pool were a bit disappointing. My girls asked every night to go swim after dinner, since the pool closes so early it was always a no. The home we are staying in is suitable for our needs. With that, There is so much over sized furniture in this living room it feels messy/ cluttered all the time. We moved the dining room table against a wall just to have more room to walk. There is a board on the deck that needs attention. The back yard is an eye sore of over grown mess that is creeping up to the deck. And the frogs... I dont know what cant be done about the frogs but it was crazy coming in and out of the house and sometimes

June 2016 Stay

Sandy Tee was a perfect fit for our size crew. Was nervous about location being close to the shopping center but there was zero noise from there. Walking distance to the grocery store ended up being a luxury. Not being able to darken the rooms (esp. the East facing ) upstairs was disappointing. We are night owls and enjoy sleeping in some days but the rooms were sun blasted very early each day. I realize most vacationers like seeing the sun. We do too just not that early. Living room and upper deck was nice. Enjoyed sitting watching the sunsets. Would recommend this home to others and would consider staying again. Found better swimming conditions at Jennettes Pier where there was a hugh sand bar right from the beach no drop off making safer conditions for little swimmers. Better waves for body and board surfing. The water in front of the Beach Club was chest deep to over your head at the shoreline from the drop off due to waves breaking on shore. Go explore! As always, the OBX did not disappoint. This was our 14th year and first time staying in the village. We loved it!! So close to everything! Loved that the pier was so close we even rented a kayak. Sandy tee reminded us of home. Golfers were entertaining. We took advantage of all the amenities...shuttle, beach club and pool. Will be back again next year!! The village is a must especially with kids!! <3

July 2015 Stay

We had another wonderful trip to the OBX. A lot of beach and pool time. We enjoyed eating out a lot this year! The only problem was the very aggressive tourism people! We didn't appreciate being chased to our cars and hounded! Of course we will be back next year - hope they will not!
