Our luxury updated condo has it all, from beautiful panoramic beach/Gulf of Mexico views, spacious bedroom and bath and all the condo community extras. The decor is absolutely beautiful, making you feel like you are truly at a beach home. Our condo has new furniture with a reclining couch and live seat and a modern updated kitchen with all the essentials of home including granite counter tops. The dining table has seating for 4. Condo also includes TV with DVD player, washer and dryer available in lobby, large heated pool and grill. The bedroom has two full beds.
Located in the much desired north-end of island, you can walk to many restaurants and shops. The beach sand is right at your door step. You can take a short walk (about 1/2 a mile) to the famous well known Pier and Times Square. Beach, fishing, bird watching and relaxing in a comfortable, updated Gateway Villas condo.

This property has code locks on the doors but requires a gate pass from the Main Office office

This property typically has a 7-night minimum. Multi-week rentals encouraged! The minimum age to rent is 25 years old. During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter).

The only complaint is the bathroom showerhead and knob to turn the water on were loaded with black mold. Both very easy fixes. Would definately stay here again tho. Loved the beach, and sunset views.

Great stay

Our family enjoyed our stay. The best extra amenities included 4 very nice new beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen had everything we needed except a pizza cutter. The furniture was nice in the main living space, but the sofa and loveseat are not pullout beds. In the bedroom there is a nice size closet for storing suitcases and clothes. The two beds are full size beds and are quite hard. Otherwise the unit and the building is a place we would book again.

Would stay here again....

The Good 1. Location- Short walk to restaurants/bars/pier 2. Beach directly out our door not crowded, compared to the pier area 3. Closet full of beach/pool items (chairs, cooler, umbrella, etc) 4. Clear directions to get in the front door 5. Pool, plenty of chairs/loungers, large deep-end of pool 6. Kitchen full on utensils/items 7. Gated lot , Ample parking lot spaces Suggestions/Improvements 1. Email Instructions to get into the parking lot gate, all emails talked about is entering a code. NO CODE. After spending 10 minutes punching in codes, then a phone call. There is a swipe card reader! Would have liked to know that in email directions. 2. Wifi instructions were wrong. All emails talk about choosing the 295 network, THERE IS NO 295 Network. After another phone call and resetting router which was not the problem, etc. After two days, we found the CORRECT instructions/network taped on the side of the fridge dated March 2020 from a previous renter and worked flawlessly. Would have liked those instructions in the email directions. 3. Wish night swimming was available like other buildings/pools in area 4. Needs a new shower head in bathroom 5. Wall/Door hooks to hang a few items would be nice 6. In-unit laundry would be nice Would stay here again 5-star, just my opinions to improve

Perfect location right on the beach

Beautiful view very comfortable furnishings.. Very nice to have a pool and cookout on the grill’s provided. Perfect location close to the pier and time square and all the restaurants in Fort Myers Beach.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall very good. Tri-Power maintenance response was very good this year. Lamp blowing bulbs, shower drain smelled, kitchen overhead lights not working. All fixed quickly. Living room table finishes getting rough. TV’s need updating. Moving small living room TV to bedroom, and getting larger wall mounted TV for living room would definitely help justify yearly rate increases.

We were able to walk the beach every morning, relax on our lanai, and read on the beach almost every day. Our unit was nice, comfortable and well stocked. Perfect for two people.

Received directions to pick up the key, a couple days from arrival received a second email with a personal code stating we could go directly to the condo. Code does not work parking lot gate. Had to go back to Tri Power. Had to call emergency phone number, did get a return call quickly. Condo: Outside table and floor we dirty, had 2 bath towels, one wash cloth and one hand towel. Arrived Saturday unable to get corrected until Monday. Bedroom lights had several different sized light bulbs and one missing. Wine opener was broke and just placed back in the drawer. Shower head needs to be replaced, stained with deposits blocking so on the holes.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed our stay!! Nice, fairly updated, one-bedroom condo with a small screened balcony overlooking the beach. Well equipped, including beach chairs and beach towels. Perfect location in a quiet area!! About 1/2 mile away from the activity and noise of Times Square, but close enough to walk to the shops, restaurants, bars, etc. The pool area was small, but nice and very clean. We rented bikes for the week, which was fun and inexpensive...would recommend! We would definitely stay at this property again!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was less than desirable. The unit was very old, decor was old. The mattresses were horrible. They were very hard, the mattress covers were so cheap they creaked every time someone turned over in the bed. The TV was ancient in the bedroom. Their was hair in the drawers in the bathroom vanity. The refrigerator was rusty on the outside. The blender didn't work, the clock did not work, the radio did not work. The most worrisome thing about the unit is the kitchen drawers The drawer slides were broke and when you pulled out the drawers, full of kitchen utensils,almost came out and dropped on the floor and feet. The pool got sun at 3pm in the afternoon due to it's location, otherwise it was shady all day. On a positive note, the unit had Beach chairs, towels and all the kitchen items one would need for a week stay.
