Lucas Valley Road is a nature/outdoor enthusiast’s paradise! Tucked away in the heart of West Marin, this freshly refurnished and updated home offers a sunlit haven with spectacular views of the surrounding wooded valley. Boasting a prime location, it provides effortless access to the natural wonders of Point Reyes National Seashore, Tomales Bay, and the many hiking/biking trails in the area. The home blends modern comfort with the tranquility of nature, creating a comfortable and inviting space for guests to relax and feel at peace.
*Three spacious bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus one half-bath.
*The bedrooms feature one king bed and two queen beds - sleeping 6 guests total
*Versatile loft space that can be utilized as a bedroom, home office, playroom, or yoga/art studio
*Spacious and open living room with fireplace and large-screen smart TV
*Spacious and fully-equipped kitchen ensures cooking can be easy and hassle-free
*Enjoy top-notch amenities like EO soaps, Coyuchi Linens, organic olive oil, organic coffee beans, quality bedding, stainless cookware, and more!
*Washer/dryer
*A fully fenced yard with a large hillside patios and decks provides the perfect setting for outdoor gatherings, BBQ’s and playtime with the family.
*Easy access to Point Reyes National Seashore, Tomales Bay State Park, and charming villages like Inverness and Marshall.
Guest access
The home is set up for self check-in. Guests can access the electric driveway gate with a code, and the home via lockbox and will have access to the entire home and yard. The detached garage is not accessible for guests. There is gated parking for at least 3 to 4 cars, street parking is limited.

1. Confirmed guests will receive a local `Insider`s Guide`. We`re a family business deeply connected to our community, and we hope you`ll enjoy and respect this beautiful corner of the world while supporting our local economy sustainably. We love sharing it with our guests!
2. The home is professionally cleaned with eco-friendly products.
3. Absolutely no parties or loud/late-night gatherings. We have neighbors nearby on both sides who are noise-sensitive. Please respect the serenity of the neighborhood. If you`re looking for a place to cut loose and laugh and play music late into the night, we have other homes nearby that are more appropriate. Please ask us for alternative accommodation and we’d be happy to help find a place!
4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. We use top-notch cleaning products without annoying scents or chemicals, and our cleaners are paid living wages because they are the backbone of what we do and you’ll appreciate their attention to detail.
5. Our wifi is excellent, but please keep in mind that cell reception is known to be spotty in this area.

As the home is situated within an exceptionally serene neighborhood, noise travels easily during nighttime hours. In consideration of our neighbors and the collective harmony of our home-sharing community, we kindly request adherence to this regulation. Please ask us for alternative accommodation if this does not work for you and we’d be happy to help find a place!
4. No chores for our guests! That’s what the cleaning fee is for, right? We have a fantastic team of housekeepers, some of whom have worked with us for over 10 years. We fully clean each home top to bottom, fully restocking all amenities, replacing worn-out items, and keeping things fresh and pleasant for our guests. 7. Guests will be responsible for any damages or charges incurred by them during their stay. Please alert us right away if something is broken or amiss.
8. We reserve the right to enforce charges via the Airbnb Resolutions Center for damages or unreasonable use of listing utilities. Abuse of house amenities may result in post-reservation charges equal to the value of costs incurred. By booking our listing, you agree to these terms and all other house rules.
